How To Book

Request a date by clicking on "Plan An Event" button and we will contact you no later than 1 business day to confirm and collect the $150 refundable deposit. Or you can call us at the studio at 848-469-8923 to make arrangements over the phone.


Deposit balance is refunded the first business day after the event. If the minimum headcount wasn't met, empty seats up to the minimum are deducted from the deposit. The remainder of the deposit will then be refunded, as applicable.

A host may also elect to apply the deposit, partially or in full, to other party charges or individual seats.

A private party may be rescheduled with full deposit applied, with at least 10 business days' notice (Monday-Friday) before the originally scheduled event date. Written notice is required to reschedule and must be sent to our email

What's Included

We want your event to be fun, organized and effortless. We provide you with a beautiful venue, all the art supplies, professional artists to guide your guests through the event, and food setup supplies as follows:

Private Party Room

Our beautiful party room is designated for private events, with space for a minimum of 10 kids or 12 adults and up to 36 guests.

Art Supplies

Canvases, brushes, paints, palettes, aprons and anything else needed to finish a masterpiece. We also have a designated area to keep purses and coats.

Professional Instruction

Our instructors are professional artists themselves, and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. Everyone gets step-by-step instructions at a comfortable pace.

Ice, Ice Buckets, Water

Our studio is equipped with ice and ice buckets to make it easier to keep drinks and food at the right temperature. Bottled water is available upon request. You'll also have plenty of counter space for food or gifts.


We provide real wine and beer glassware for all guests. No need to go out and buy disposable cups! We also provide paper plates, napkins and utensils.


We'll have a crowd-pleasing playlist ready for you. Or, you can tell us what sort of music you'd like for your event and we'll tailor a playlist to your needs. And don't worry – we make sure the music doesn't get in the way of hearing the artist's instructions.

Food And Drinks

We suggest easy to eat party food, appetizers, cake or cupcakes. The Coal House, Fins, Tom Bailey's, Pancheros Mexican Grill, Joe's Bagel, and Bubbakoo's all offer hosts 10% off orders, but you can bring in from anywhere.

Event Details

Your party begins on time with 15 minutes for guests to arrive, settle in and socialize, followed by a 2-hour painting session. Need more time to celebrate? Available for an additional fee. *Any party that starts 20 minutes after the booked start time or ends 20 minutes past the end time is subject to a $75 fee.

Painting Selection

Please provide your top three (3) desired paintings from our 2-hour painting library. We'll always try to make sure you get your first choice; but we want to be sure it is fun, easy for everyone and leaves time to mingle.

You don't have to choose a painting in order to book an event, but the final selection must be confirmed with the studio at least two weeks before your event date. You also want your guest to be excited and view your painting when they RSVP and register. Our custom evite makes it easy to invite, keep track of your guests and see who is attending.

Our painting library is huge! If you need assistance choosing the right painting for your group, just get in touch with us. We've hosted quite a few events and can help you narrow it down. You can now paint more than canvas. We offer wine bottles with battery-operated "cork" lights, tote bags and more. (Based on timeframe and availability.)
