Private Parties can be booked any day subject to availability, please check with the Tustin studio. The main room is available when we are not hosting public classes and seats up to 72, with a minimum of 15 guests. A 30-minute window is provided before and after every private party. If you would like additional time in the studio, it will be $75 per hour before or after any party’s given amount of time.
If you have less than 15 guests, we can do a couple things- you can have a private event but will still need to pay for the minimum 15 seats, or you can reserve a table to any of our public events, much like reserving a table at a restaurant. To reserve a date for a Private Party, we have a $250 deposit. Once the party occurs with the minimum number of painters, the deposit is fully refunded (otherwise, the price per head times however many less than the minimum is deducted from the deposit, and the remainder is refunded). In host pay situations, the deposit can also be applied to the party total easily the day of the event. Give us a call at the Studio to book! We’re available Mon-Fri from 10 am-4 pm.
The price is the same as a regular class - $35/person for a 2hr painting, and $45/person for a 3hr painting. We send you a payments link to forward to your friends (& also post the link on our website calendar on the date of your party) so all the guests can sign up in advance. The price per person includes the painting, supplies and instruction. Any drinks from the bar are extra, just like our public classes. We can also make a limited drink menu if you like for your guests, just let us know.
Bar & Food
We are barstudio and by California law we cannot allow BYOB. Our bar menu offers a variety of wine, beer and soft drinks. You may also use your own catering service or bring in any food or snack you like. We provide serving trays, utensils, plates, napkins, tablecloths, etc. Just let us know what your plans are regarding food service and we will prepare accordingly.
Since we are a Bar location, all guests in our studio must be at least 21 or older.

You'll get seats with all your friends, even if you book separately. Just tell us your friends' names when you register.

How do I sign up for a class?
Reserving a class with us is easy! Just click on the photo from the calendar online, be sure to enter how many seats you want, click add to cart and you're off an on your way! It will walk you through the reservation process.
How much do your classes cost?
Our 2 hour classes are $35 per painter, and our 3 hour classes are $45 per painter. We do hold some specialty classes that can be more or less and will tell you on the class's page.
How do I get to sit next to my friends?
When you make your reservation, there's a box that will ask who you want to sit next to. Be sure to put your friend's names on there so you can all sit together.
Is there an age requirement at the Tustin studio?
Due to CA Liquor Laws, everyone who comes into Pinot's Palette Tustin all patrons must be 21 and up
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
**Cancellation Policy: While we regret to lose the opportunity to paint with you, our Pinot's Palette cancellation policy is as follows: All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, but do offer the opportunity to come back and paint with us again at a later date with a credit. Class credits may be obtained by contacting our studio at least 48 hours in advance. Your seats are transferrable but you must contact us at least 3 hours in advance of your event to change the name(s) of any attendees. No Shows result in NO class credit. The reservation can be put on hold or transferred to another class if notification is received at least 24 hours before class start time. Loss of payment will occur if no notification of cancellation occurs (no show) or if notification occurs less than 24 hours prior to class start time.
