Pinot’s Palette is a pioneer of the paint and sip experience – a revolutionary way to enjoy art and wine, meet new people and bond with friends.
Guests enjoy a no-experience-required art class—all supplies included—directed by trained, local artists, who guide guests step-by-step through a featured painting. ALL EVENING CLASSES ARE 18+ ONLY.
Due to the custom nature of ALL our classes, NO REFUNDS will be issued for reservations unless notified a week prior to the class for groups of 2 or more. However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice your payment will be turned into a credit that can ONLY be used for a future class within 30 days. Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to cancel.
If you no-show, or don't give at least 48 hours’ notice, you forfeit your reservation payment and will not receive a credit. Seats are transferrable to another class, but you need to notify us at least 3 hours prior to a class with the name change.
GROUPS: Let us know any celebrations and who is in your group via email or seating request.
CLASS MINIMUM: If a public class does not meet the minimum of 3 painters, you may be notified and we will fully refund or reschedule your class. This rarely happens and we will let you know as soon as possible.
By purchasing your seats, you confirm agreement with this policy.

You'll get seats with all your friends, even if you book separately. Just tell us your friends' names when you register.

Do you require masks?
Yes. We ask that you wear a mask when you enter the studio and when you are up walking around. You are able to take your mask off at your seat. We have complimentary gloves as well. We are spacing groups six feet apart.
Do you have sanitizing stations?
Yes, we have plenty of hand sanitizer around the studio and a sinks in the front room where you can wash your hands. We also have complimentary gloves.
How do I get my supplies for virtual painting events?
You can pick up your supplies Thursday - Saturday from 1-4 pm at the studio - 2011 Tower Drive, Glenview. If you can't make those times, you can always schedule a different time by emailing Kaily & Merrill at email@example.com. We are happy to get your supplies ready earlier.
What is the cancellation policy?
Due to the custom nature of all our classes, NO REFUNDS will be given . If we are notified 24-48 hours prior to class, your seat can be turned into studio credit and must be used within 30 days. If you no-call no-show you forfeit your reservation payment and will not receive a credit. **WINTER WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY: If winter weather causes us to cancel class, you will be fully refunded, or have the option of transferring to another class on the current calendar. If we remain open and you cancel your reservation due to driving conditions, your reservation is transferable on a one-time basis. You must notify us at least 5 hours before class and we will send you a studio credit. You will have 30 days to re-register for a future class. * We reserve the right to cancel class if there are low-sign ups. What is Open Studio?
Open Studio's are designed for people looking for some unstructured creative fun to do individually or with friends. $15 gets you an 8x8 canvas, written step-by-step instructions on your specific painting, disposable apron, brushes & reserves a table for you and a friend(s) 6 ft away from other groups. Anticipate 1.5-2 hours to complete your masterpiece. We will take last call for painters at 5:00. If you have some prior art experience or just like to try new things, you're welcome to paint on different mediums we have at the studio, however, instructions are only provided for canvas paintings.
