Paint a portrait of your pet at Project Pet. Once you sign up for the painting, email us a high quality digital photo of your pet (one pet per canvas, please) and we will do the rest. Each photo will be transferred onto a 16”X20” canvas. Our talented artists will walk you through the steps to create your very own Pet Portrait!
Deadline to sign up for class and email a photo is October 16th. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time if you'd like to get a beverage from the bar. The painting starts right at the start time.
Arrival Time & Late Arrivals: We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start time of this class, so that we can start and end on time. Anyone arriving any later than 15 minutes after the start time may have to catch up on their own without Artist assistance. Reservations will not be credited for late arrivals and no shows. **Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy**
While we regret to lose the opportunity to paint with you, our Pinot’s Palette cancellation policy is as follows: We do not offer refunds for our live events under any circumstances, you have the option to put the reservation on hold for a later date or transfer the reservation to another class of equal value (or pay the difference between events), or use the credit toward our take home painting kits or any products listed in our shop tab. Your reservation can be put on hold with a class credit or transferred to another class if notification is received at least 8 hours before class start time. After that, you can have a friend come in place for you, or loss of payment will occur if no notification of cancellation occurs or if notification occurs less than 8 hours prior to class start time. All sales are final and all reservations are non-refundable, regardless of the situation, including if circumstances beyond our control should happen (i.e. fires, rain, earthquakes, government mandated closures.) No refunds are available. All sales are final. By completing the checkout process, you agree to all terms and conditions.

I can't make the class I registered for. What are my options?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be granted. Class credits may be obtained by contacting our studio at least 8 hours in advance. Your seats are transferrable but you must contact us at least 3 hours in advance of your event to change the name(s) of any attendees. No Shows result in NO class credit. To cancel you can send us an email at email@example.com or give the studio a call at 951.331.3301.
What are the age restrictions?
Some classes are kid specific but our regular public classes have the following requirements: guests ages 13-17 years old with a painting adult are welcome to attend this event, or 18 years old and up are welcome to attend.
Can I bring my own beer or wine?
No, BYOB is not allowed due to California law. We do have a beer and wine bar on site that serves reds, whites, sparkling, beer and cider by the glass or by the bottle for purchase.
Can I bring in a non-alcoholic beverage?
No. No outside beverages are allowed. We do offer complimentary water bottles and have soda and coffee for purchase.
How do I make sure I get to sit next to my friends?
When you make your reservation, there is a box that will ask who you want to sit next to. Be sure to put your friend's names on there so you can all sit together.
