Arrive 30 minutes before your official start time:
o A 30 window is provided before and after every private party. Doors open 30 minutes in advance of the official start-time, so that you and your guests may arrive and settle before painting begins. Feel free to bring along any type of food and beverage you would like to enjoy! Here in the studio we provide aprons, wine glasses, corkscrews, ice and ice buckets, paper plates and utensils, napkins and complimentary bottled water for our guests.
Please note that instruction begins at official start time. 10 paid registrations must be registered in order to start. While we may be flexible with a few minutes, starting class 10 minutes after the official start time will result in a fee of $75.
In addition, events that pass the 30 minute window provided after the official end time will be charged a fee of $75.
A private party may be canceled with deposit refunded, or rescheduled with full deposit applied, with at least 10 business days (M-F) notice before your scheduled party date*.
For Corporate Team-Building Events, we have several options that offer a fun and engaging atmosphere while promoting cooperation, communication, and team development:
• Individual Paintings - This is the Pinot's Palette original format. Everyone in the class paints and personalizes their own painting with the help of our artists' step by step instructions.
• Jigsaw Puzzle Painting - Each painter completes a portion and when canvases are combined, the full image is revealed.
• Collaborative Painting - Everyone in the group contributes to a large 3 x 4 ft painting. One collaborative painting recommended for every 8-10 painters at the event.
• Mystery Painting - Our artist takes you through the painting step-by-step. The catch is no one knows what the finished painting looks like.
• Musical Painting - Paint one step, then move to a different seat to continue to the next step.
Cancellation Policy: While we regret to lose the opportunity to paint with you, our party cancelation policy is in place to protect the professional artists who are booked specifically for your party. For this reason, we firmly require a minimum of 10 business days (M-F) notice of cancelation before your party date to grant a deposit refund or rescheduled date. A deposit placed with less than 10 business days before the desired party date will not be eligible for either refund or reschedule.
