Q) What is the cancellation policy?

Due to the custom nature of our events all sales are final. If you make a reservation and are unable to attend, the tickets are transferrable. If you are unable to find a friend, we will issue a store credit in response to a request made with at least 24 hour advanced notice. Please send your request for credit to stlouispark@pinotspalette.com. Loss of payment will occur if no notification of cancellation is received 24 hours prior to the class start time via email. For Specialty Classes check the class description. For all private events, please check your private party agreement for terms and conditions.

Q) When do I need to arrive for class?

We recommend you arrive 30 minutes before class starts to allow time for you to get settled in and mingle before the painting starts.

Q) Is there an age limit for the normal public classes?

Yes, we are an art entertainment studio. We do have kid’s specific classes, but the normal public classes have the following requirements: -13 to 17 years old with an adult -Must be 21 to purchase alcohol.

Q) Email list

By signing up for a class you are consenting to having your email address added to our mailing list. You will have a chance to unsubscribe.

Q) What is your inclement weather policy?

If weather causes us to cancel or reschedule class, we will notify you by email. If you are unable to make the rescheduled class date, please email us for store credit. If we cancel the class, you will automatically receive a class credit to be applied to a future class of your choice within 90 days. If our studio is open and you choose to not come to class due to inclement weather in your area, please send us an email with at least 4 hours notification to receive store credit. If you do not attend and do not notify us by email to stlouispark@pinotspalette.com with a 4 hour advance notice, your reservation cost will be forfeited. To redeem your credit, please send an email to stloiuspark@pinotspalette.com with your new class selection and we will register you. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Q) What should I wear to the class?

No dress code here...dress casual or dress up. We will provide you with an apron but painters have been known to get involved in their work of art.

Q) When does the next calendar get posted?

We try to post the next month's calendar around the 15th of the month. If you'd like to receive an email each month when our new calendar is posted, be sure to add yourself to our email list.

Q) What do I need to bring to the class?

We have a spectacular selection of beer and wine available for purchase along with many non-alcoholic beverages. We provide the canvas, easel, brushes, paints and apron for the class. All you need to bring is your friends and a 'have fun' attitude! You are welcome to purchase food from our bar. We can also assist you with catering options.

Q) I don’t have any artistic talent? Will I be able to complete the painting?

Absolutely! Our artist will guide you step-by-step through the featured painting and will ensure that you stay on track to completing your masterpiece by the end of class. There are no mistakes, but Acrylic paint dries quickly, making mistakes easy to fix and perfect.

Q) Is there reserved seating?

Yes, we have your easel set up for you at your spot before you arrive for class. If you have friends attending the class that you’d like to sit by, you can let us know when you book the class or you can send us an email (just make sure to give us at least 24 hours notice).

Q) How do I sign up for a class?

Signing up is easy. Click the "Event Calendar" tab at the top of the page to view our calendar of paintings. Select which painting you would like to paint and click "Add Painting to Cart." Follow the on-screen directions to complete the order. Contact us if you have trouble completing your order and we will walk you through the process.

2 Hour Classes - $38 per Painter 3 Hour Classes - $48 per Painter

Q) What days are classes held?

Classes are held on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. We also occasionally have classes on other weeknights and on Saturday and Sunday afternoons – view our class calendar to find out more!
