Frequently Asked Questions
Check out our FAQs to learn more about what to expect from your Pinot's Palette experience or feel free to call the studio to speak to a member of our staff.
Is it safe to come to a Pinot's Palette class in the studio?
We have enacted all Phase II Safe Start Plan requirements and then some! We offer complimentary masks for all guests, have hand sanitizing areas and a contact-less purchasing. Aprons are laundered after each guest use. We have also added bins at every table to store your belongings which are sanitized after every class. All groups are placed six feet away from each other; parties that request to sit with each other will be seated together similar to restaurant seating unless otherwise specified.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Pinot's Palette cancellation and refund policy is as follows: In-studio classes cancelled due to mandated government shutdown, inclement weather or other emergencies will automatically be replaced with a live virtual class or class recording and paint kit, available for pick-up at the studio or delivered for $5 shipping fee. In the event that an alternate format for the class is unavailable, a complimentary credit will be issued. Customers may also choose to transfer their reservation to another class provided the class is the same value. Customers may obtain a refund for the class transaction amount minus a fee to cover administrative labor and merchant services costs associated with card transactions. A $10 Service Fee will apply to all requested refunds $200 and under, or 6% of sales total over $200. There are no refunds for Paint Kits or any virtual class once the video link has been sent to the customer (day of the scheduled event for virtual events purchased from the calendar).
What is in a Painting Kit? Do I need anything else to attend a Virtual #PinotsLive or On-Demand Class?
Each Painting Kit includes instructions to set up your painting space, a canvas, paint brushes and paints tailored to your painting, in addition to a protective table cover, painting and mixing palette plates and paper towels. You will need to provide a paint water cup and your favorite painting outfit (or smock/apron). Easels are optional. If you need a paint cup, apron or easel, we offer options for these items in our shop: https://www.pinotspalette.com/southhill/shop (copy and paste link into your web browser address bar)
Can I add beer and wine to my On-line To-Go order or Virtual Class Reservation?
Absolutely! We have obtained a special license for curbside delivery of our beer and wine. We are not able to ship alcochol.
I purchased a Painting Kit, when can I come pick it up?
Our dedicated hours for Painting Kit pick-up for our To-Go Kits and Virtual #PinotLive and On Demand classes are Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 12-4pm, however kits may also be picked up other hours when we are in the studio. Check our normal business hours and Class Event schedule for other Painting Kit pick-up times.
