Public classes refund policy: Refund issued if cancelled 48 hours prior to class*; credit issued if cancelled 24 hours prior to class; no refund or credit issued if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
*$10 Service Fee will apply to all refunds $200 and under, 6% over $200. Class transfers or credit may be issued instead of a refund without a service fee.

What are your normal business hours?
Our office hours are Tue. and Th. 10am-2pm, Wed, Fri-Sat. 1-5pm for Kit Pick-up in addition to our regularly scheduled public classses. Check our calendar for Evening and Weekend Classes when the studio will also be open! For days without office hours, we will be in an hour or so before and after the scheduled class. When in doubt, look at our Event Calendar! Our studio is always available to host your Private Event 7 days a week.
How do I sign up for a class?
Signing up is easy. Click the "Event Calendar" link on the top of the page to view our calendar of paintings. Select which painting you would like to paint and click "Add Painting to Cart." Follow the on-screen directions to complete the order.
Are kids and minors allowed in the Studio?
No. Unfortunately due to state liquor laws, all guests in our studio must be 21 or older. We do however occasionally host events at off-site venues that accommodate minors. Check the calendar!
Is it safe to come to a Pinot's Palette class in the studio?
We are compliant with all Healthy Start Plan requirements and follow restaraunt rules for mask mandates. We offer complimentary masks for all guests, have hand sanitizing areas and contact-less purchasing. Aprons are laundered after each guest use. We have also added bins at every table to store your belongings which are sanitized after every class. Parties that request to sit with each other will be seated together similar to restaurant seating unless otherwise specified.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Pinot's Palette cancellation and refund policy is as follows: In-studio classes cancelled due to mandated government shutdown, inclement weather or other emergencies will automatically be replaced with a live virtual class or class recording and paint kit, available for pick-up at the studio or delivered for $5 shipping fee. In the event that an alternate format for the class is unavailable, a complimentary credit will be issued. Customers may also choose to transfer their reservation to another class provided the class is the same value. Customers may obtain a refund for the class transaction amount minus a fee to cover administrative labor and merchant services costs associated with card transactions. A $10 Service Fee will apply to all requested refunds $200 and under, or 6% of sales total over $200. There are no refunds for Paint Kits or any virtual class once the video link has been sent to the customer (day of the scheduled event for virtual events purchased from the calendar).
