Is there parking available?
Parking is available on the street and behind our building in Parking Lot 2.
How much is a class?
Generally, a 2 hour class is $35 per person and a 3 hour class is $45 per person, but, we sometimes have special pricing, so, if you click on the painting on the calendar when you register for a class, it will show you the price.
Do you have wine glasses?
When are you open?
Our office hours are Tuesday - Friday 12 (noon) - 6pm. Please email us at Somerville@PinotsPalette.com to set up an appointment. To attend a public class, please visit our calendar to book your seats in advance.
When will the next calendar be posted?
The next monthly calendar is usually posted for public viewing by the second to last week of each month. Visit our website at Somerville@pinotspalette.com and click on the tab that says event calendar.
What do I bring to class?
The only things you need to bring is your favorite beverage and a snack if you like. We provide everything else. We have wine glasses, aprons, brushes, paint, ice, bottle openers, plates, napkins. We even provide complimentary water, coffee and tea!
How do I sign up for a class?
Click the "Event Calendar" link. This will display our current Class schedule. Select which painting you would like to paint and click "Add to Cart." Follow the on-screen directions to complete the order.
What should I wear to class?
Be comfortable, be casual, or go formal, either way we provide everyone with aprons!
I can't paint...will I be able to do this?
Absolutely! Our artist will guide you step-by-step through the featured painting and will ensure that you stay on track to completing your masterpiece by the end of class. There are no mistakes. Acrylic paint dries quickly, making mishaps easy to fix and perfect.
Is there reserved seating?
Yes, if you registered for the class either online,at the studio or by phone with us, you have a reserved seat. Please indicate in the seating request box, at check out, who you would like to sit with also.
What is the cancellation policy?
PRIVATE PARTIES: A full refund can occur if cancellation occurs at least 2 weeks (or more) before your party starts. Reschedules can be granted one time with at least 2 weeks notice. CLASS RESERVATIONS: If you have reservations for a public class and you can't make it, the reservation can be refunded with at least 48 hours notice before class start. A class credit will be issued with at least 24 hours notice. Loss of payment will occur if no notification of cancellation occurs, OR if notification occurs less than 24 hours prior to class start. For inclement weather, we will issue you a class credit, with at least 4 hours notice before class start time.
