Do you offer private painting parties or mobile/offsite events?
YES and YES ! Our wine and painting parties are fun for all occasions, from bachelorette parties to anniversary, birthday, baby shower, gender reveal to corporate team buildings. If you cant come to us then we can come to you. Please call our studio to learn more about these events
Do you offer any discounts?
The best way to get discounts is to sign up for the Pinots Perk Rewards Program. You will receive occasional discounts by email , and you can earn free paint and sip events. Sign up at https://www.pinotspalette.com/pinot-perks
What happens if a class is cancelled due to bad weather?
You will receive a class credit for any future class , redeemable at the same studio
Can I bring my baby?
Babies and small children are not permitted during Adult Public events . Our studio can not accommodate a stroller or car seat next to your seat.

What is a Date Night painting?
You and your date/guest will paint on separate canvases; when placed together , your canvases will match up to create one picture
Do you host kids events and parties?
YES we do, please check out our calendar for our Little Brushes (ages 5+) classes and Family Day or call our studio to book a kids party
What is the cancellation policy?
A reservation for one or more seats may be canceled and refunded in full 72 hours prior to class time. If the reservation is canceled 24 to 48 hours before class time a gift certificate will be issued for a future class.
Is there reserved seating?
We have assigned seating for all our regular classes . This ensures that there will be space for you and your entire group
Can I attend a class without painting?
Spectators are not permitted for any adult regular class
What days are Public classes held?
Public classes are generally held Wednesday through Sunday
When do I need to arrive for a class or party and can I show up late?
We recommend you arrive 20 to 30 minutes before class starts , this allows you to get settled in and mingle with friends.Guests that arrive 15 minutes late may not be permitted to join a class already in session.
Is there an age limit for the regular adult classes?
Yes, you must be at least 18 years of age for our public classes other than Family Day or Little Brushes classes. Please contact studio with further questions
What beverage/food am I allowed to bring?
We are a BYOB studio. All guests 21+ are welcome to enjoy their choice of alcoholic or non alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. We provide ice buckets and real glassware. You may bring wine, beer, cider, wine coolers and champagne. We will also have wine, beer , ciders and soda available on premise for purchase. It's a party so you may bring whatever food you would like for you and your guests to enjoy
What do I need to bring to class?
All you need to bring is a positive attitude and smile.WE will provide the canvas,easels, brushes,paints and apron.
What attire should I wear to class?
No dress code here…dress casual or dress up. We will provide you with an apron, but a word of caution - unless a splatter is caught quickly, acrylic paint typically does not wash out of clothing.
Do I have to follow what the artist is teaching?
No, most people paint featured paintings . If you want to paint something entirely different , go for it ! We just want you to be happy
How do I register for myself or a group?
On the event page, select the number of people you want to add in the box next to the register button
Do I need to know anything about art?
Not at all. Our artists provide easy step by step instructions to help everyone produce a great finished product while creating everlasting memories

What is the cost of the class?
Typically a 2 hour session is $35 and a 3 hour session is $45. Please check our calendar for discounted classes
