The awe-inspiring trees are beautiful and always whispering in the ocean breeze.
This class is held in the studio. We recommend arriving about 20-30 minutes early so you can check-in, chat with friends and settle in with a drink. Painting begins promptly at the start time.
Painters must be aged 13 and up to attend. Ages 13-16 must be accompanied by an adult painter.
Due to COVID-19 seating is limited to allow us to maintain social distancing between groups.
For the safety of the other guests and our staff WE ENCOURAGE ALL GUESTS TO WEAR A MASK WHILE IN THE STUDIO. However, once seated and enjoying a beverage you may remove your mask. We ask that if you have to leave your seat to use the restroom, checkout the competition, wash your hands, etc. that you have a mask on while moving about the studio and among other guests.
We have taken extra sanitation measures to keep your experience safe, and still the fun Pinot's experience our guests have come to love.
If for any reason a member of your party isn’t feeling well or running a low-grade fever prior to or the day of the event, we ask that they stay home. You can call the studio or send us an email and we will reach out to you the next business day. We are happy credit your reservation(s) for the safety of the other painters and the staff.

While we regret to lose the opportunity to paint with you, our Pinot's Palette cancellation policy is as follows: A full refund can occur if notification of cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before class start time. You can also have the option to put the reservation on hold for a later date or transfer the reservation to another class. The reservation can be put on hold or transferred to another class if notification is received at least 24 hours before class start time. Loss of payment will occur if no notification of cancellation occurs or if notification occurs less than 24 hours prior to class start time.

Can I bring my own alcohol?
Oklahoma law does not allow BYOB.
What is the Weather Policy?
We will look at each class on an individual basis as the storm fronts get near. We typically do not cancel classes due to weather. However, we understand that acts of nature are out of everyone’s control and if any painters are traveling or feel unsafe in driving we are happy to accommodate those customers by issuing either a refund or a class credit. We do not want anyone’s safety to be jeopardized attempting attend a class. In the rare event that we absolutely have to cancel class, we will notify painters 2 hours prior to the classes scheduled start time via either email, phone call, or both.
What do I need to bring to the class?
We provide the canvas, easel, brushes, paints, and apron for the class. All you need to bring are any appetizers you might want during the class. We also provide the plates, napkins, and silverware. We have a fun list of Wines, Beers and soda to choose from for purchase. And we always have complimentary bottled water for all our painters!
What is the cancellation policy?
Pinot's Palette cancellation policy is as follows: • A full refund can occur if notification of cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before class start. You can also have the option to put the reservation on hold for a later date. • The reservation can be put on hold to sign up and attend another class if notification is received at least 24 hours before class start. • Loss of payment will occur if no notification of cancellation occurs or if notification occurs less than 24 hours prior to class start. • This cancellation policy applies to parties of 2 or less. For cancellation of a party of 3 or more, a minimum of one week's notice is required for a refund or to reschedule.
Is there reserved seating?
Yes, we have your easel set up for you at your spot before you arrive for class. Pinot Perks members receive priority seating. If you have friends attending the class that you’d like to sit by, you can let us know when you book the class or you can send us an email (…just make sure to give us at least 24 hours notice). Private Parties have open seating.
