Take Home Paint Kit instructions: Our goal in re-launching the Take Home Paint Kits is to provide our patrons the opportunity to stay creative and safe in the comfort of their own home. The process has changed, so please read the details below carefully for ordering & pick-up information.

*SATURDAY ONLY PICK-UP LOCATION INFORMATION*


***Orders placed by FRIDAY AT 2:00PM can be picked up on Saturday from 1-4p. All orders placed AFTER FRIDAY AT 2:00PM will be ready for pick-up the Saturday of the NEXT WEEK. If you are not able to pick up your kit on your designated Saturday, you can call the studio to schedule a pick up time.***

We will email you the link to the step by step video tutorial on how to create your own masterpiece that you can watch on your smart device for 7 days following the date of purchase.

  • Can I bring my own alcohol?

    Oklahoma law does not allow BYOB.

  • What is the Weather Policy?

    We will look at each class on an individual basis as the storm fronts get near. We typically do not cancel classes due to weather. However, we understand that acts of nature are out of everyone’s control and if any painters are traveling or feel unsafe in driving we are happy to accommodate those customers by issuing either a refund or a class credit. We do not want anyone’s safety to be jeopardized attempting attend a class. In the rare event that we absolutely have to cancel class, we will notify painters 2 hours prior to the classes scheduled start time via either email, phone call, or both.

  • What do I need to bring to the class?

    We provide the canvas, easel, brushes, paints, and apron for the class. All you need to bring are any appetizers you might want during the class. We also provide the plates, napkins, and silverware. We have a fun list of Wines, Beers and soda to choose from for purchase. And we always have complimentary bottled water for all our painters!

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Pinot's Palette cancellation policy is as follows: • A full refund can occur if notification of cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before class start. You can also have the option to put the reservation on hold for a later date. • The reservation can be put on hold to sign up and attend another class if notification is received at least 24 hours before class start. • Loss of payment will occur if no notification of cancellation occurs or if notification occurs less than 24 hours prior to class start. • This cancellation policy applies to parties of 2 or less. For cancellation of a party of 3 or more, a minimum of one week's notice is required for a refund or to reschedule.

  • Is there reserved seating?

    Yes, we have your easel set up for you at your spot before you arrive for class. Pinot Perks members receive priority seating. If you have friends attending the class that you’d like to sit by, you can let us know when you book the class or you can send us an email (…just make sure to give us at least 24 hours notice). Private Parties have open seating.
