How It Works

How To Book

Request an event date by clicking on any "Plan An Event" button and we will contact you back ASAP (no later than 1 business day) to confirm your date and collect your deposit. Or you can call us at the studio at 775-624-6155 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to make arrangements over the phone.


A deposit of $99 holds the date for any event in the Starry Night Beach Room. Deposits for events in our Main Studio are also $99 but increase to $1000 if you wish to have your event in our Main Studio Friday or Saturday evenings and Saturday & Sunday afternoons.

As long as the minimum number of painting guests have been met, the deposit will be refunded back to you after the event or can be applied to the overall cost of the party.

If the deposit is not adequate to cover the minimum number of painters, an additional payment from the organizer will be required to do so. All of our deposits are 100% refundable if your party is cancelled at least 14 days (Starry Night Beach Room) or 30 days (Main Studio) prior to the event.

What's Included

To ensure your party will be fun, organized and effortless, we provide you with a beautiful venue, all of the art supplies, professional instruction, beverages (at an additional cost) and food setup supplies as follows:

Private Party Room

We have a beautiful private party room that will hold up to 30 painters, has 15 feet of counter space for your serving needs, and designated cubby space for purses and jackets that will keep them paint free.

Art Supplies

We provide everything you need to complete your masterpiece including aprons to help protect your clothing.

Professional Instruction

Our instructors are professional artists themselves, and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. Everyone gets step-by-step instructions at a comfortable pace.

Ice, Ice Buckets, Water

Our studio is equipped with ice and ice buckets to make it easier to keep drinks and food at the right temperature. Bottled water is available for all guests. You'll also have counterspace for food or gifts.


We serve our wine in real wine glasses and our beer in cold beer glasses because drinking wine from a plastic cups is just not right.


We'll have a crowd-pleasing playlist ready for you. Or, you can tell us what sort of music you'd like for your event and we'll tailor a playlist to your needs. And don't worry – we make sure the music doesn't get in the way of hearing the artist's instructions.

Food And Drinks

You can bring in any food you like and we will provide plates, napkins and plastic-ware. We have a huge selection of wines, beers, mixed drink specials and non-alcoholic beverages that you can purchase from us. Our liquor license does not allow any outside beverages.

Event Details

Unless you've worked out other arrangements with us, doors will open 30 minutes before painting starts. This gives guests time to arrive, settle in and socialize, and gives the host time to set up food or other items for the party.

Painting Selection

Please provide your top three (3) desired paintings. We'll always try to make sure you get your first choice; but due to occasional scheduling conflicts or materials shortages, it's advisable to have a backup or two.

You don't have to choose a painting in order to book an event, but the final selection must be confirmed with the studio at least two weeks before your event date.
