Little Brushes: Summer Camp!

Little Brushes: VIRTUAL Summer Camp for ages 6-12 years old. This art series session includes an entire week, and we will be learning the principles and elements of art. A supply list will be emailed of what will be needed !

Week 1- The Elements & Principles of Art

Have a child ages 6-12 who’s taken a serious interest in creating? In this virtual crash course to visual image making, we will begin our studies this week with an introduction to the Elements and Principles of art. We will explore different ways that art is implemented in our daily lives, gain knowledge of the core components that make up any art piece, and we will put this knowledge to the test by applying what we learn to a project that will be completed throughout the week! A positive attitude and willingness to experiment will be paramount in this class.

LIVE INTERACTIVE VIRTUAL CLASS. This class will not be held in the studio.

THIS IS A WEEK LONG COURSE WITH 1.5 HOUR INSTRUCTION PER DAY (MONDAY-FRIDAY from 1 - 2:30 PM) 06-15-2020 THRU 06-19-20.

We will also be sending you the ZOOM link to join the live interactive class from home!

Please note that this specific week's focus is on drawing, not painting. There will be more art courses to come, each week being different, some of which will entail painting, as well as other mediums, such as charcoal, pastels, etc..

If you experience technical issues during the live class or are unable to attend, a recording of the class will be available for 4 days following the event.
