Yes, 10 % on any class, private event or mobile event seat.
Will you donate to our cause?
Pinot’s Palette Park Cities takes pride in helping the community as much as we can. If you would like to have Pinot’s Palette Park Cities donate, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will be able to help you. Pinot's Palette Park Cities is a consistent supporter of the cheerleaders and boys and girls sports at Highland Park High School, the Komen Foundation, the National Breast Cancer Foundation, the North Texas Food Bank, DFW Cocker Spaniel Rescue, Furry Animals Rescue and Rainbow Days in Dallas, and we are always looking for more opportunities!
Do you sell anything to drink?
We sure do! We have a limited bar of select wines, beers, and sodas. Complimentary water is available as well.
Can I bring my own wine or liquor?
Within legality, you are welcome to bring whatever beverages you would like!
How do I sign up for a class at Pinot's Palette Park Cities?
Click on "Locations" at the top of the main Pinot's Palette screen, select the Park Cities' location in Texas. Click the "Classes" link to the left. This will display the calendar for our location. Select which painting you would like to paint and click "Sign Up For This Class." Follow the on-screen directions to complete the order. Contact us if you have trouble completing your order and we will walk you through the process.
Are the Park Cities and Lakewood locations the same?
No, we are separately owned and have separate calendars.
Where are you located?
We are located at 4560 W. Mockingbird Lane, Dallas TX 75209. We are close to Love Field Airport and in the same shopping center as LA Fitness and Fuzzy's Tacos. We are not in Lakewood.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
If a guest cancels his or her reservation the following policy shall apply: 48 or more hours before class - full refund 24 to 48 hours before class - class credit only No-shows or less than 24 hours before class - no refund or class credit Private Parties or Mobile Events require one week prior notice (5 days) for a full refund or to reschedule. If a class has 2 or less guests, we will cancel the class and you will receive a credit for a future reservation.
