Frequently Asked Questions

Whats the difference between an "open public class" and a "private party"?

Our open public classes are open to the general public, and private parties are only open to the guests of that party.

What should I wear?

No dress code here! Dress casual or dress up. We provide you with an apron.

Will there be space for our food and drinks?

Yes, we have plenty of open counter space available

What is the cancellation policy?

If you have a reservation for a public class and you can't make it, the reservation can be refunded with at least 48 hours notice before class start. A class credit will be issued with at least 24 hour notice. Loss of payment will occur if no notice is received or notice is received with less than 24 hour notice. For inclement weather, we will issue you a class credit, with at least 4 hours notice before class start time. FOR PRIVATE PARTIES: A full refund can occur if cancellation occurs with at least 2 weeks (or more) before your party date.

When do I need to arrive for a class?

We recommend you arrive 30 minutes before class starts to allow time for you to get settled in and mingle before painting starts.

What do I need to bring to class?

We provide the canvas, easel, brushes, paints, and aprons for class. All you need to bring are any snacks you might want during the class. We also provide wine and beer, wine glasses, ice buckets, plates, napkins, and silverware too.

I don't have any artistic talent, will I be able to complete the painting?

Absolutely! Our artist will guide you step by step through the featured painting and will ensure that you stay on track to completing your masterpiece by the end of class. There are no mistakes, but acrylic paint dries quickly, making it easy to fix and perfect!
