How do I sign up for a class?
It's as easy as clicking on "Locations" at the top of the screen, select your location, and click the "Classes" link to the left. This will display the calendar for that location. Select which painting you would like to paint and click "Sign Up For This Class." Follow the on-screen directions to complete the order. Contact us if you have trouble completing your order and we will walk you through the process.
How do I look into Pinot's Palette franchising?
We have a growth plan and analysis developed that allows us to know where we want to have a franchise, the hard part is finding the right people to run the new studio. Would you be interested? Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Will you donate to our cause?
Pinot’s Palette takes pride in helping the community with as much as we can. If your event would like to have Pinot’s Palette donate, please contact us at email@example.com and someone will be able to help you.
What are the ages considered for Children's Parties?
How do I book a fundraiser at this location?
Fundraisers are booked the same way as Private Events.
The website looks different, how do I get to the Nanuet calender?
In the upper left corner of the webpage for Nanuet, click "Events Calender".
Can I bring my own alcoholic beverages?
Our Nanuet location is NOT a BYOB. We do have a wonderful bar in our studio where we serve a variety of Wines, Beers, and Non-Alcoholic beverages. We also sell Kosher Wine and Beer. Call ahead to check and or request special beverage such as Sufate Free and Gluten Free wine and beer. We also have light snacks for purchase.
Can I bring my own snacks?
Yes! Painters are welcome to bring their own snacks. We have napkins, plates and cutlery here.
How do I view the painting library?
The painting library is located under "Private Events".
What is your reufnd policy
A full refund can occur if notification of cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before class start. You can also have the option to put the reservation on hold for a later date or transfer the reservation to another class. The reservation can be put on hold or transferred to another class if notification is received at least 24 hours before class start. Loss of payment will occur if no notification of cancellation occurs or if notification occurs less than 24 hours prior to class start. This cancellation policy applies to parties of 2 or less. For cancellation of a party of 3 or more, a minimum of one week's notice is required for a refund or to reschedule.
