What should I wear to the class?
We have no limitations, as long as you're comfortable. Be casual, or go formal, we have aprons to help protect you from the paint.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you provide us with 48 hours advanced notice (or more) you may receive a full refund. If you provide us with 24 hours notice we can offer you a reschedule credit. If you simply do not show up to class or cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will lose your reservation.
When are you open?
Our office hours are Tuesday - Friday 11am-3pm. Please email us at Morristown@PinotsPalette.com to set up an appointment, or to be sure we're in the studio before you drop by. To attend a public class, please visit our calendar to book your seats in advance.
How do I sign up for a class?
Click the "Event Calendar" link. This will display our current Class schedule. Select which painting you would like to paint and click "Add to Cart." Follow the on-screen directions to complete the order. If you have any issues, please call us.
I don't have any artistic talent. Will I be able to complete the painting?
Absolutely! Our artist will guide you step-by-step through the featured painting and will ensure that you stay on track to completing your masterpiece by the end of class. There are no mistakes. Acrylic paint dries quickly, making mishaps easy to fix and perfect.
Is there reserved seating?
Yes, we have your easel set up for you at your seat before you arrive for class. Please let us know who you would like to sit with in the seating request section upon check out.
When will the next calendar be posted?
We try to post the next month's calendar around the 15th of the month. If you'd like to receive an email each month when our new calendar is posted, be sure to add yourself to our email list, or Like us on Facebook to be notified there! For private party availability, please email us at Morristown@PinotsPalette.com.
We are BACK in-studio at 25% capacity. Masks must be worn at all times in-studio unless you are actively eating or drinking at your seat. We are offering Take Home kits and Virtual Classes! Check our calendar for more details or email us!
How do Take Home Kits Work?
First select the time slot on our calendar that works for your schedule, so you can pick up your kit. Then, visit our SHOP and choose the items you'd like us to prepare for you to pick-up. Contact the studio via email for further information.
How do Virtual Classes work?
We will be Live Streaming Virtual Classes in the very near future. You'll be able to sign-up for the class, pick up your supplies at the studio, and receive a ZOOM Meeting Link so that you can join our live class. Some classes will be hosted by other studios, and some will be hosted by us!
Are you BYOB? (Yes we are BYOB!)
Please bring any Food and Beverages you'd like. We supply Paper Plates, Napkins, Corkscrews, Utensils, Ice to keep your drinks cold, and bottled water. We do not sell wine or beer, please bring your own!
