Top 4 Summer Wines that won't break the bank!As Morristown heats up, sip on one (or ALL) of these wines to stay cool!
Okay Everybody, my Beer list is coming, but in the meantime check out my top wines for Summer!
4. Rosé. "Listel Sable De Camargue"
--No, you cannot mix white wine with red wine and create a Rosé. Yes we get it, you're an artist, but most Rosé is a created by crushing red grapes lightly, and left to macerate for anywhere between hours to days. Typically we end up with a pink to red colored light bodied wine that is best served chilled! I like 'em dry but you can find a sweet one too if you look!
3. Pinot Noir. "Pinot Project" (Duh!)
--Red Wine you ask? Yes! Chill it, and sip it with your steak salad. Red Wine Lovers rejoice -- just because it's hot out doesn't mean you can't enjoy a great Pinot! What better choice than "The Pinot Project"
2. Prosecco. "LaMarca"
--Pair this with OJ on Sunday at our Brunch classes and float away to your happy place on the bubbles!
1. Sauvignon Blanc. "Starborough"
--My favorite white wine! For a fruity but not too sweet easy-sipping wine I highly recommend "Starborough" made in Marlborough County New Zealand, famous for it's perfect climate to grow this refreshingly acidic, crisp white wine.
