TIPS FOR PHOTO SUBMISSIONS:
• 1 per person / per photo
• Highest resolution possible/ large file size (camera phones do not always have the best resolution)
• Head Shot is clear and in the foreground with no furniture, objects, grass, etc. blocking any body parts
• Head Shot is centered in the photo, with no cropped off edges
• Our best advice is to take your selfie with the best camera you have, outside during the day, under a shaded area (like your front porch, back patio, or inside near a window). **Remember, the BETTER your photo is, the easier the painting process will be.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

While we regret to lose the opportunity to paint with you, our Pinot's Palette cancellation policy is as follows: A full refund can occur if notification of cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before class start time. You can also have the option to put the reservation on hold for a later date or transfer the reservation to another class. The reservation can be put on hold or transferred to another class if notification is received at least 24 hours before class start time. Loss of payment will occur if no notification of cancellation occurs or if notification occurs less than 24 hours prior to class start time. This cancellation policy applies to parties of 2 or less. For cancellation of a party of 3 or more, a minimum of one week's notice is required for a refund or to reschedule. Project Pet - A full refund can occur if notification is given 14 business days before the day of the class. The reason for this is because we photoshop each pet & have them individually custom printed onto each canvas. Project Pet - a class credit can be given to use on the next project pet class if notification is given at least 48 hours in advance.
