Kick back and relax as you drift away to the waterside and enjoy A Day At The Dunes!

Doors open at 3:30pm and painting will begin promptly at 4:00 pm!

Please read the following IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

If you are displaying signs/symptoms, please be courteous and stay home or we may ask you to return at a healthier time.

MASK DIRECTIVES FROM STATE OF NJ: ALL guests must have a reservation and 😷 wear a mask at all times to enter and remain in the studio. If you don't have a mask, we are providing them for a nominal fee.
**If medical reasons restrict you from wearing a mask, you may attend a virtual painting in the comfort of your home.

COVID-19 SOCIAL DISTANCING: For your safety and comfort, class sizes are being limited to allow for physical spacing between groups. If you purchase multiple seats in your reservation or request to sit with someone in the seating requests, you will be seated together and your group with be distanced from other unrelated guests. Due to the limited seating, all guests must have a reservation to enter the studio.


ARRIVAL TIME & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: Doors open 30 minutes before class time to give you time to find your seat and settle in. Anyone arriving any later than 15 minutes after the class start time may not be able to join the class or may have to catch up on their own without Artist assistance. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CLASS CREDITS FOR LATE ARRIVALS AND NO SHOWS. Thank you for your understanding.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Due to the custom nature of ALL of our classes, no refunds will be issued for reservations. However, if you cancel WITH AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE your payment will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for a future class At the Montclair location.

Very limited seating capacity due to 6ft social distancing guidelines in order to keep our guests and staff safe. If reservations are made together, we will assume that you do not require 6ft in between you. If that is not the case, please make a note on your seating request box.

Since Indoor Dining has resumed, guests are welcome to bring in any food and drinks to be kept with them at their table. We have wine openers and plastic cups.

  • What is the price of a class?

    Our 2 hour classes cost $40 per person on friday and Saturday nights, all others are $37 per person. Family Day Classes are $32 per person.

  • When do I need to arrive for a class?

    We recommend you arrive 30 minutes before class starts to allow time for you to get settled in and mingle before the painting starts.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    FOR CLASS RESERVATIONS: If you have a reservation for 1 or 2 people to a public class and you can't make it, the reservation can be refunded with at least 48 hours notice before class start. A class credit will be issued with at least 24 hours notice. Loss of payment will occur if no notice is received (no show) or notice is received with less than 24 hour notice. For a reservation of 3 or more people, we need a minimum of 4 days for a refund or credit. For inclement weather, we will issue you a class credit, with at least 4 hours notice before class start time. FOR PRIVATE PARTIES: A full refund of your deposit can occur if cancellation occurs with at least 2 weeks notice before your party date. Loss of deposit will occur if notice of cancellation is received with less than 2 weeks notice.

  • Is there an age limit for the normal public classes?

    Teens and tweens are welcome in our Public Class as long as they are accompanied by an adult over 21. Due to limited seating capacity, all attendees need to purchase a seat.

  • I don't have any artistic talent! Will I be able to complete the painting?

    Absolutely! Our artist will guide you step by step through the featured painting and will ensure that you stay on track to completing your masterpiece by the end of the class. There are no mistakes, but acrylic paint dries quickly, making mistakes easy to fix and perfect.
