Please read the following IMPORTANT info:

MASK DIRECTIVES FROM STATE OF NJ: If you are displaying signs/symptoms, please be courteous and stay home or we may ask you to return at a healthier time.

ALL guests must have a reservation and 😷 wear a mask when walking about the studio. Masks may be removed only when seated at your table. If you don't have a mask, we are providing them for a nominal fee. Anyone not following these guidelines, may be asked to leave. **If medical reasons restrict you from wearing a mask, you may attend a virtual painting in the comfort of your home.

COVID-19 SOCIAL DISTANCING: For your safety and comfort, class sizes are being limited to allow for physical spacing between groups. If you purchase multiple seats in your reservation or request to sit with someone in the seating requests, you will be seated together and your group with be distanced from other unrelated guests. Due to the limited seating, all guests must have a reservation to enter the studio.

FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY: With indoor dining now in effect, food and beverage can be consumed while seated at your table. The use of the counters will be prohibited.

ARRIVAL TIME & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start time of this class, so that we can start and end on time. Anyone arriving any later than 15 minutes after the start time may not be able to join the class or may have to catch up on their own without Artist assistance. Reservations will not be refunded for late arrivals and no shows. Thank you for your understanding.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Due to the custom nature of ALL of our classes, no refunds will be issued for reservations. However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice your payment will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for a future class within 45 days at the ManalapanTownship location. Please email us (manalapan@pinotspalette.com) to cancel. If you no-show for a class that you have a spot reserved, or don't give at least 48 hours’ notice, you forfeit your reservation payment. By completing the check-out process you agree to this policy. PRIVATE PARTY POLICY: A minimum of two week's notice is required for a refund. One week's notice is required to reschedule.

  • How do I sign up for a class?

    It's as easy as clicking on the "Events Calendar" tab on the top. This will display the calendar for our studio. Select which painting you would like to paint and click on that painting. Follow the on-screen directions to complete the order. Contact us if you have trouble completing your order and we will walk you through the process or complete the registration over the phone. Please do not register under a "Reserved for Private Party" icon unless you are invited to attend.

  • What's the difference between an "Open Public Class" and a "Private Party?"

    An Open Public Session is a featured masterpiece selected by the studio and you can register one (1) to 45 painters. This is indicated on our calendar by a picture of a painting. A private party is a private session where the day and time (based on availability) in addition to the painting is chosen. The Private parties are open to invitees only.

  • When I sign up for an open public class how can I make sure I sit with who I am coming with?

    When you sign up for an Open Public Session you are prompted to list seating requests. The seating is pre-arranged by the studio and all requests will be honored. Make sure you indicate who you want to sit with and any special occasion you are celebrating.

  • If I do not have the required 10 guests for a private party, can I still celebrate my special occasion?

    Absolutely, Parties for all occasions attend our open public sessions. When we arrange the seating, your group is seated all together and can be located in an area with separate table accommodations for your food and beverages.

  • What kind of food can I bring?

    Painters normally bring any "Party Finger" or "Snacking" type foods.
