LIVE INTERACTIVE PRIVATE VIRTUAL EVENT - This private event will not be held in the studio.
Stuck at home but want to have fun with your friends, family, or co-workers? We're bringing the painting party to you!
ADVANCED RESERVATIONS REQUIRED: All guests must register their seat individually or pay together for the party prior to the event. Paint Kits and the virtual party link will not be provided without paid reservations in advance to the event.
PARTY MINIMUM: A required minimum of 10 painters must have paid reservations in advance, regardless of how many attend the day of the virtual event.
Paint kit pickups will be arranged through the Party Host, if paying all together, or through painters directly, if paying individually. Please watch for a separate confirmation email from the studio with pickup dates/times following your registration. You will receive a take-home paint kit that includes a 16"x20" canvas, paint brushes (used), paint, palette plates, paper towels, and a link to join the live interactive event.

Your party will paint via Zoom. If you have never “zoomed” before, take a few minutes to download the app. Once registration to the private event is complete on our website, you will receive either a link to directly login to Zoom or instructions on how to register on Zoom to then access your login information. We recommend logging in about 5-10 minutes before your scheduled event time and already have your painting area setup in advance. Your artist will make sure everyone is ready to go before starting to paint. This event is interactive, so you can ask the artist questions during the event.
Want the "sip" part of Paint and Sip as well? We temporarily have permission to sell sealed bottles of wine and beer to go along with your at-home paint party! Don't forget to purchase your favorite adult beverage when you come pick-up your paint kit.
Have someone attending your Virtual Party in another city or state? We have a couple shipping options to get their paint kits to them. Either DIY Ready To Ship Paint Kits or We Ship For You!
Add a 16x20 canvas box to your Virtual Party from our online Shop, and we'll package up your paint kit ready for you to drop off and ship on your own, OR we'll package up your paint kit and ship it for you. Cancellation Policy: Due to the custom nature of our Virtual Private Parties, NO REFUNDS will be issued for reservations. If you experience technical issues during the live event or are unable to attend, there will be a recording of the live streaming available for 30 days after the event that can be viewed anytime and not miss out on the fun, even after the fact.

What is Pinot's Palette?

Is Pinot's Palette - St. Matthews locally owned?
Yes. Pinot's Palette is a national franchise; however, each location is locally and independently owned and operated.

I don't have artistic talent. Will I be able to complete the painting?
Absolutely! Our professional local artists will guide you step-by-step through the featured painting and will ensure that you stay on track to completing your masterpiece by the end of class. There are technically no real mistakes in art, but acrylic paint dries quickly, making any mess-ups easy to fix and look like "happy accidents", as Bob Ross would say.

What days are Public and Private events held?
Public events are held on Tuesday through Sunday. Private Events can be scheduled any day of the week, provided it does not conflict with other scheduled events. View our Event Calendar to find out more!

Do I need a reservation?
Yes, advanced reservations are required. All guests must be registered for class prior to arrival to guarantee your reservation and special seating requests. Payment is due at the time of the reservation to guarantee your seat.
