ALL SALES ARE FINAL - Individual Reservation Cancellation Policy (based on party start time):
Due to the custom nature of ALL of our classes, NO REFUNDS will be issued for reservations. However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, your payment will be turned into a studio credit that can ONLY be used for a future class within 30 days. Please email us (email@example.com) to cancel.
If you no-show for a class that you have a reservation for, or don't give at least 48 hours’ notice of your cancellation, you forfeit your reservation payment. Seats are transferable, but you will need to notify us prior to the class with the name change.
MUST BE 21 AND OVER. Please present valid ID at the door regardless of your age. Everyone will be carded upon entry. Refunds and credits will NOT be issued for invalid ID's at time of check-in and you may not stay for the painting session. A paid reservation and active painting participation is required to be in the studio during our 21 and over classes.
NO OUTSIDE DRINKS of any kind (including non-alcoholic) will be permitted. You're more than welcome to bring any food you'd like to snack on during class.
PARTY MINIMUM: A required minimum of 10 painters (12 painters for Kids' parties 5-12 yrs old) must have paid reservations regardless of how many attend the day of the event.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: There will be a non-negotiable $75 fee for every 30 minutes your party runs over due to starting late. Please plan to arrive within the allotted 45 mins before your scheduled party start time to avoid additional fees.
