Signing up is easy! Click the "Event Calendar" link on the main menu to view our upcoming events. Select the date you would like to attend, READ THE PAGE DESCRIPTION FOR LOCATION and LIQUOR INFO, add the quantity, and click "Add to Cart." Follow the on-screen directions to complete the order. Does my entire group have to sign up together?
No, your group has the option to sign up and pay individually. As part of the checkout process, there is a seating request section where you can ensure that we have all members of your group seated together.
When do I need to arrive for the class?
We recommend you arrive 20 minutes before the party and instruction starts to allow time for you to get settled in, drinks poured, food served, and mingle with friends.
What is the cancellation policy for public classes?
Pinot's Palette public party cancellation policy is as follows: A full refund can occur if notification of cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before class start. You can also have the option to put the reservation on hold for a later date. The reservation can be put on hold to sign up and attend another class if notification is received at least 24 hours before class start. Loss of payment will occur if no notification of cancellation occurs. If notification occurs less than 24 hours prior to class start, a 20% fee may be deducted from your refund. This cancellation policy applies to parties of 2 or less. For cancellation of a party of 3 or more, a minimum of five days notice is required for a refund or to reschedule.
Can a class be cancelled for a low number of reservations?
Yes, if we have 9 or fewer paid guests registered for a public class on the day of the event, we reserve the right to cancel the class. The registered guests will receive a refund or class credit for a future event.
What does a class cost?
Public parties are $35 per painter for 2 hour sessions and $40 per painter for 3 hour sessions. Specialty sizes or events will be priced accordingly on the individual events. Contact us regarding pricing for private parties. Special pricing for special events may occur.
What about inclement weather?
Public Classes - We will look at each class on an individual basis as the storm fronts get near. Class will be cancelled if KU closes. We will notify guests by email and phone. We typically do not cancel classes due to bad weather; however, in the event that a guest feels unsafe, we will offer a class credit. If we receive a call AFTER the event starts, there may be a 20% fee held from the credit. In the rare event that a class is cancelled due to weather, we will notify guests 4 hours prior by phone and/or email provided in their reservation. In this case, all guests will receive a class credit towards a future visit. Private Parties - In the rare event that a party needs to be rescheduled due to weather conditions, we will reschedule in a timely manner.
Is there reserved seating?
YES, we have your easel set up for you at your spot before you arrive for class. If you have friends attending the class that you’d like to sit by, you can let us know when you book the class or you can send us an email (just make sure to give us at least 24 hours notice). *Private Parties do not have assigned seating.
