How do I sign up for a class?
Click the "Classes" link on the side of the page to view our calendar of paintings. Select which painting you would like to paint and click "Add to Cart." Follow the on-screen directions to complete the order. Contact us at 678-239-2555 if you have trouble completing your order and we will help you.
What time should I arrive for class?
We open the doors 30 minutes prior to class so you can come in and tour the studio and set up your food and/or wine. We extend a 15 minute grace period if you are running late, however the class will start at the scheduled time. If you arrive later than 15 minutes after class starts you will not be able to catch up.
Is there reserved seating?
Yes, we create a seating chart to make sure you and your friends can all sit together. If there is someone you want to sit with that made a separate reservation, please tell us in the comments section of your reservation or send us an email.
What is the age requirement?
Pinot's Palette offers a fun night out for adults, and our studio maintains an adult atmosphere during public classes where alcohol is consumed. For this reason, no children 12 or under will be admitted (with the exception of specifically labeled Little Brushes or Family Day classes). 13-17 year olds may attend when accompanied by a guardian. Georgia law maintains that a person must be 21 and up to consume alcohol.
What do I need to bring to class?
We provide the canvas, easel, brushes, paints and apron for the class. All you need to bring are any appetizers you might want during class. We also provide the paper goods, wine glasses, wine openers and eating utensils. We are a BYOB location, so please bring your favorite bottle of wine.
Do I need artistic ability to attend the class?
No, our talented local artists will guide you through the painting step-by-step and help you to create your own masterpiece.
When does the next calendar get posted?
We try to post the next month's calendar around the 15th of the month. If you'd like to receive an email each month when our new calendar is posted, be sure to add yourself to our email list.
What should I wear?
No dress code here...dress casual or dress up. We will provide you with an apron but painters have been known to get involved in their work of art
Can I book a private party? Is a deposit required?
Yes, we welcome special events. There is a minimum of 25 people to book the studio Thursday-Sunday and a 15 people minimum Monday-Wednesday. The $250 deposit if refundable as long as the minimum is met, if not the seats will be paid for out of the deposit. The studio capaity is 48. If you have less than the required attendees for a private party, you can join any public class and request to all be seated together.
Is onsite parking available?
Yes, the complex provide complimentary Valet parking.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open from 11-3pm for business hours every day (except major holiday and Sunday). The Studio is open for bookings from 10-9pm Monday through Saturdayand Sunday from 11-7pm. Public Classes are usually Wednesday through Saturday from 7-9pm. Check our Event Calendar for more information. Accomodations can be made for private parties and special events.
What is your refund policy?
we do not refund reservations once they are made unless we cancel the class due to class attendance minimums not being met. We will put your reservation on HOLD and you can transfer your registration to another day.
