Unlike our traditional step-by-step instructor-led art class with an art instructor on stage... Open Studio time is designed to give you more flexibility and freedom. This is your chance to decide what you'd like to paint!
*Arrival by 7 required to complete your artwork in time!*
*Upgrades will be available at the door* ie, wood, 10x30 canvas, tote bags, wine bottle
How does it work?
You have 3 Options to choose from during Open Studio Hours:
(Each option includes all the supplies you need to complete a 16x20 Canvas painting within a 2-hour time slot).
Option 1) Self-Guided Instructions.
Select from numerous paint designs; and self-guided instructions.
Option 2) Point and Paint. Find something on our walls and do your best to copy it (all materials and 16x20 canvas provided but no guided paint instructions...)
Option 3) Be the Artist. We'll provide everything you need for a fun day out: the brushes, the paint, apron, music and your own bartender then sit down with some music and start to paint from your own imagination... Have an idea in your head? This is the time to paint it into reality.
The bar is always open during all open studio times. Alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages and snacks available but not included in your seat price. Wine also available by the bottle for a fun day out with friends. Kids, ages 8 and up, are also welcome to come paint during any open studio hours.
All guests must have a paid seat in order to stay.
FOOD/DRINK POLICY: We have a bar stocked with wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options. No outside drinks are allowed in. The only exceptions are unopened, sealed water bottles or soda bottles. Outside food is more than welcome especially if you share!
Due to the custom nature of all our classes, no refunds will be issued for reservations. However, if you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice your payment will be turned into a credit that can be used for a future class within 90 days. Please email us (email@example.com) to cancel.
If you no-show, or don't give at least 24 hours’ notice, you forfeit your reservation payment and will not receive a credit. Seats are transferable, but please notify us at least 3 hours prior to a class with the name change.

You don't need to be a seasoned painter — we make it easy for everyone to find their inner artist!
You'll get seats with all your friends, even if you book separately. Just tell us your friends' names when you register.
Paint Your Way
There's no rule that says you have to follow the artist's steps. It's your art, so paint it however you like!

May I bring in my own Beverages?
Unfortunately, no you can not, due to Huntsville City laws you are unable to bring outside alcohol inside. We do however have a bar with beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options from $3 up. :)
Is there an age limit for the normal public classes?
For most normal classes, ages 13-17 are allowed with an adult over the age of 18. However, if a class ends before 6:00PM, we allow ages 9 and up with an adult. All other ages can only attend a class that is marked specifically “All ages” on the calendar. Unfortunately due to limited space we cannot allow children in strollers.
Can a friend or child attend an event without painting or paying?
You are welcome to attend a class without painting so long as you have a paid seat. Unfortunately due to limited seating we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
What is the cancellation policy?

Is there reserved seating?
Yes, we have your easel set up for you at your spot before you arrive for class. If you have friends attending the class that you’d like to sit by, you can let us know when you book the class or you can send us an email (…just make sure to give us at least 24 hours notice). *Private Parties do not have assigned seating.
