Do you have to be 21+ to come and paint?

No. You have to be 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages. Adults 18+ are welcome to join any public class.

What are the age restrictions for your public classes?

Children ages 10+ are welcome to attend any public class with a registered parent or guardian. Parent/guardian must also register as a painter.

How do I sign up for a class?

Click the "View Full Calendar" button in the upper-middle section of the page. Select the date or the painting you wish to do and click on the image. This will take you to a screen where you can add your desired number of seats to the shopping cart. Click update and add the names of the painters. You can make seating requests if you are connecting with others who are registering separately (recommended, so that we can seat you together). Fill in your information, click "Proceed to Checkout," add your credit card information and voila, you have a spot! If you have any trouble or would prefer to book over the phone that is more than fine. Just call us at 720-663-1278 and we'll be happy to assist!

How much does it cost?

Our 2-hour sessions are $35 per painter and our 3-hour sessions are $40 per painter. Project Pet and other specialty classes have different pricing. The class price includes all of your art supplies and professional instruction. Drinks are sold separately at the bar unless otherwise indicated on our calendar.

What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable! We do not recommend wearing your favorite outfit! We work in water based acrylic paint and it can be tough to get out of clothing. We do provide smocks for your use.

Just yourself, a positive attitude, and an ID, credit card and/or cash if you'd like to consume beverages.

What time should I arrive?

We will have everything set and ready for you. We suggest that you show up 15-30 minutes before your scheduled start time to get drinks and mingle before we begin.

When will the calendar for the next month be posted?

We publish the calendar for the following month on the 15th of each month.

Do I need to have art experience?

Nope! Our classes are taught as if you've never put a brush in your hand.

Do I have to follow along with the instructor?

Nope! The canvas is yours to take home. We want you to love it! If you want to change colors or do something different, it's totally fine. Please keep in mind, the instructor will be teaching the painting listed on the calendar. If you choose to not follow along, we'll assist as we are able, but you'll be more on your own to complete it.

Where should I park?

We are in an exciting neighborhood that has lots of bars and restaurants! The neighborhood is unmetered street parking. Please watch the signs, as there are time constraints/resident parking only in some places. We recommend parking one or two blocks to the north or south of the studio. If you can carpool or take a ride share, we recommend that option as well.

Are there bus stops/B-Cycle stations close to you?

YES! There is a bus stop directly across the street and a B-Cycle station a half block away.

Can we bring our own drinks?

Nope! We have a bar at the studio and do not allow any outside beverages.

Do we need to make a reservation?

It is highly recommended that you make a reservation. We will be happy to seat you in class if there is room and you just show up, but we can not guarantee a spot without a reservation.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are no longer able to attend a public class you've registered for, please notify the studio at least 48 hours before the beginning of your class. If you do, we are able to offer you a refund. Refunds are not granted if you cancel fewer than 48 hours in advance. If you contact the studio at least 24 hours in advance, we are happy to offer you class credit to use towards another class in the future. If you cancel fewer than 24 hours in advance, no refunds or class credits are granted. Please see the private party tab for information about the cancellation of a private event.
