How do I sign up for a public paint party?
Signing up is easy. Click the Event Calendar tab at the top of our page. Select the date or painting you'd like to sign up for. Add the amount of seats you'd like to purchase. Click on the yellow Add To Cart Button. Follow the on-screen directions to complete the order.
What does a public painting party cost?
Public 2 hour parties Mon-Thursday are $28 and are $35 per painter Fri-Sun.
When do we arrive for a public paint party?
We recommend you arrive 30 minutes before the party starts. This allows time for you to get settled in at your seat, order a drink from the bar, eat and mingle with friends before the fun begins.
Is there reserved seating?
Yes, we take care of all the details. We set up your canvas on it's easel, have you palette and brushes ready to paint and your creative space is reserved with your name in chalk on the tables. If you have friends attending the party that you'd like to sit by, you can let us know when you book or you can send us an email.
What is Pinot's Palette - Georgetown's cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is as follows: 1. A full refund can occur if notification of cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before class start. You can also have the option of put the reservation on hold for a later date. 2. The reservation cab be pu on hold to sign up and attend another class if notification is received at least 24 hours before class start. 3. Loss of payment will occur if no notification of cancellation occurs or if notification occurs less than 24 hours prior to class start. 4. This cancellations policy applies to parties of 2 or less. For cancellation of a party of 3 or more, a minimum of one week's notice is required for a refund or to reschedule.
What do I need to bring?
We provide the canvas, easel, brushes, paints, and apron for the party. We also provide the plates, napkins, and silverware for any food that you might want to bring for your personal enjoyment during the party. We have a fun list of wines, beers and sodas for purchase at our beer and wine bar. You can also bring your favorite bottle of wine. And we always have complimentary bottled water for all our painter!
What should I wear for the party?
Dress casual or dress up. It is your night out on the town and we want you to be comfortable. However, you are painting your own masterpiece and there is potential for paint to end up places other than your canvas. With that in mind, we will provide you with a Pinot's Palette aprons for the evening.
I don't have any artistic talent, will I be able to complete the painting?
Absolutely! Our artist will guide you step-by-step through the featured painting and will ensure that you stay on track to completing your masterpiece by the end of the evening. Each and every painting will end up being unique to the individual artist. You will be amazed and inspired by your hidden creative ability. There is an artist inside all of us!
When does the next calendar get posted?
We will post the next month's calendar on the 15th of the current month. If you'd like to receive an email each month when our new calendar is posted, be sure to add yourself to our Pinot's Palette Insider email list.
Does Pinot's Palette give back to the community?
YES!!! Email georgetown@Pinotspalette.com and we will be able to help you. We offer "Painting It Forward" fundraising events every month for non profits. We also do a National Campaign for a non profit with all the other Pinot's Palette Studios yearly!
