Living Our Core Values: Have FunTerri McCulloch
Pinot’s Palette lives five core values, creating a foundation for how we do business, support the franchise system, and create magic for our customers. These core values are:
- Have Fun
- Serve Energetically
- Expect Excellence
- Seek Opportunities
Nothing is more important in the creative entertainment industry than fun, and you know what to expect from our tagline, Paint. Drink. Have Fun®. Let’s explore a few more ways that we live this value, day in and day out.
Work Hard, Play Hard
All businesses require hard work, following best practices. However, it is just as important to play for a healthy balance. Positivity impacts our creativity. Pinot’s Palette’s customers expect high quality creative – from our paintings, to our videos, social media content and artist-guided instruction with hints of comedy that bring joy and laughs.
Fun is imperative to a franchise system’s culture. When you have fun every day, a job isn’t just any job. Doing what makes you happy increases productivity, builds relationships and strengthens loyalty. These are all important to a franchisor-franchisee relationship, as well as the relationship we have with our guests. We encourage our franchisees to “Build Your Happy Place.”
Bottom line: Our customers have fun! Since September 2016, our studios have accumulated over 28,500 reviews on Facebook, Google My Business and Yelp, with an average 4.9-star rating! We blend “fun” and “entertaining” throughout our public and private events. How do we do this?
Rockin’ Music: You won’t be able to stop singing, dancing or at least tapping your foot to our fun playlists through our quality sound system.
Funny, Outgoing Artists: What do you get when you cross a painter with an enthusiastic smile and a few jokes? A Pinot’s Palette artist! Our artist-guided events are never boring.
Your Art, Your Rules: This is a Pinot’s Palette mantra. If you’re feeling a little crazy and want to paint a tutu instead of a ballgown, go for it! Do you want to paint the flowers in the painting a different color to match your bedroom? Just ask for different paint! We encourage your inner artist to come out.
There Are Surprises: We empower our franchisees to entertain our guests during their paint and sip experience. Wearing neon? Our blacklight classes may be for you! Check out periodic karaoke, line dancing and salsa dance lesson breaks while the paint dries. And, wine tastings and pairing events – the options are endless.
