Top 10 Pinot’s Palette Bartender ExtraordinairesPinot's Palette
Meet our favorite bartenders who make Pinot’s Palette a hot spot for entertainment and fun!
Alyssa Alexander – Fayette Mall
I love bartending at Pinot’s Palette because it doesn’t even feel like work! It is a fun, enjoyable, and upbeat environment instead of working in a dull restaurant bar or at a late-night college bar with the stresses and late nights that come with bartending at those types of establishments. Our customers are always eager to try something new and bring out their creative sides. We are also a family that encourages creativity and entertainment throughout our community!
Favorite Drink: B.L.T. – Bourbon, Lemonade and Tonic
Erin Oxner – Naperville
Bartending at Pinot’s Palette allows me the ability to enjoy ‘Girls Night Out’ any night of the week! I’m not just tending bar, but tending to our guests’ creative juices!

I love bartending at Pinot’s because I love to enhance the painting experience. Our customers love the music, they love our entertaining instructors, and they love the wine. Where else could I work and have this much fun?!
Favorite drink: My favorite drink to make is our sangria. It is always a huge seller. We make a big batch and serve it out of a large glass container. For our sangria we use red wine, Sprite, orange juice and fresh fruit.

People come to Pinot’s Palette to have a good time. No one comes because they had a bad day at work! It’s all about painting and having a couple of cocktails, and I’m happy to provide the latter. Our guests walk out with a smile, and that makes my night worth every minute.

Bartending at Pinot’s Palette is great way to express my drink making creativity alongside some of the most creative people I have ever met. From our owners to our artists, everyone here is a pioneer with their own attitude and style.
Favorite drink: Paint Water Martini
Bitter Truth Violet Liquor
Fresh squeezed lemon juice
Jake Perruccio – Tustin
I love bartending at Pinot’s Palette because I get to engage with the customers and talk art in a very casual setting. When people are in such a creative environment, I feel they share a lot more of themselves. That’s what makes this different than working at a normal bar.
Favorite drink: We only serve beer and wine at our studio, so I would say mimosas are my signature mix. I always recommend this healthy option for people who want to start their day with some vitamin C.
Emily Gude – Danville
I love bartending at Pinot’s Palette because the energy is always positive and vibrant! It is beautiful to see people surprise themselves with their own creativity. What an incredible way to bring people together with wine, music, and art!
I’m mostly a wine gal, so my favorite drink recipe can be made with sparkling wine. It’s an Austrian drink that is perfect for a hot day.
Favorite drink: Hugo Cocktail
In a large wine glass, muddle some mint leaves.
Throw in some ice cubes.
Add elderflower syrup.
Add Prosecco (or sparkling wine).
Add a dash of soda water.
Cut some slices of lime and add for a garnish. Enjoy!
William Tompkins – Ellis Street + Red Bank
I like the people, if I can do anything to make their experience more enjoyable, possibly a drink, a laugh or a smile, I’m happy to share. I like that they can’t wait to come back, and that what it’s all about.
Favorite drink: There are no frozen concoctions here, just my pour of liquid courage. My drinks take the shake out of your hands and turn each canvas into a Picasso.
