Is there a contract?

No way, fun should be just that…fun.

What can the credit be used for?

Everything, and we mean everything. The only rule is that you must have a great time and brag about it to your friends.

Can I save up my credits?

Love that idea, bring a group out. The more the merrier.

Can I let friends or family use my credit?

Absolutely, you can share the best night out experience with anyone. And you are a wonderful person.

Can I give the membership as a gift?

You betcha, just put in their information and voila you are now the best gift giver in the world!

Can I use my credit at other studios?

No, the membership program is only at the Memorial City location. This is great location and you’re going to love it.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime, just call and let us know that you would like to stop your membership and you won’t be changed any longer. Our customer service center is open Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

If I cancel what happens to my credits?

They are good to go. All your credits will still have their value, won’t expire, and can be used at our Memorial City Studio.

Can I get a refund?

No, but there isn’t any need for a refund, come check out any of our event or give the credits as a gift. There is always a reason to come the Pinot’s Palette.

When do I get my credit?

Not to worry, you will receive an email the next business day that includes your class credit. Then each month credit will arrive the same way on the 1st business day of the month.
