Adina Simpson joins the Pinot’s Palette team with a background spanning 15 years of customer service with national retail brands: Francesca’s®, Claire’s and Hot Topic. Adina brings her passion for providing the ultimate customer service experience to the team. In her role, Adina works with customers, problem-solves, develops and leads teams, and tackles new challenges. With her 10 years of team based development and leadership, Adina leads the company's customer service area. In her free time Adina enjoys reading, attending comic book conventions, going to concerts and traveling. She is also an active collector of original art.
