Do you require any previous art experience?

Absolutely not! Most of our clients have little or no experience at all painting. Our professional artists will guide our clients through step-by-step on how to complete their own work of art.

How do I register for a class?

Registering for a class is easy. View our online calendar of events and select a painting and time that is convenient for you. Click the "Add the Cart" option and follow the on-screen directions to complete the order. Feel free to contact us directly if you have any difficulty.

Can we bring food and drinks?

Yes. We are a BYOB and invite you to bring your favorite beverages and snacks. You may also have your private events catered privately or we can provide you with catering support as well.

What is your cancellation policy?

A full refund will be provided if cancellation notification occurs at least 48 hours before class start. You may also request to receive a class credit for the same for a future event. Class credits will be good for a period of three (3) months. Cancellation notifications made within 48 hrs will only be given a class credit for a future event good for a period of three (3) months. Loss of full reimbursement or class credit will occur if no notification of cancellation occurs before the schedule event. Private party cancellations must be made a minimum of one week prior to the schedule event to receive a refund of the security deposit. Project Pet class cancellations - A full refund will be provided if notification is given 14 business days prior to the scheduled class. A class credit for a future Project Pet event will be provided for Project Pet cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of a scheduled event. The prepared Project Pet canvas will be kept on file until the next event

What should I wear?

Where what you like. We supply you with an apron and if you do happen to have a mishap we have a pretty high success rate of getting out the paint.

What time should I arrive for either a public class or private party event?

Clients may arrive 30 minutes prior to public class and 15 minutes prior to a private party event.

What is your age policy

Most of our evening BYOB classes require guests to be a minimum of 13 years old and guests 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult. We also have family friendly events as well as summer camps for kids.

Do you host children's birthday parties?

Yes from age 5+

What does Pinot's Palette supply?

We supply the following to all guests: aprons, plates, napkins, utensils, bottle openers, plastic cups for kids and an assortment of wine glasses for adults, ice and ice buckets.

Can I requests my friends to sit together?

Yes. When you are checking out, you have the option to specify who you would like to be seated with. We do our best to arrange the class sitting so all parties are seated together. We will do our best to accommodate seating requests made at the time of arrival based on the prior seating requests made. However, last minute requests may not always be practical.

Should I provide a tip at the end of my public class or private event?

Public class tipping is totally voluntary. However, if you enjoyed your event then a tip of 10-15% is standard. Tip standards for private parties and corporate events below 20-guests is between 15-20%. Private parties or corporate events with 20+ guests will automatically be charged a 15% gratuity.
