What does Pinot's Palette supply?

In addition to an apron, all your art supplies, and professional artists to guide you through your painting, we supply complimentary ice, ice buckets, bottle openers, wine glasses, napkins, plate, forks, spoons, knives a sitting area with fireplace and lots of beautiful counter space to set up all your goodies.

Do you require any previous art experience?

Absolutely! We enlist very talented artists who guide you through a featured painting with a twist of a brushstroke onto a canvas step by step. Our artists practice and plan in advance to ensure everyone leaves with a smile on their face and a painting worthy of hanging in your home or office.

How do I register for a class?

Registering for a class is easy. View our online calendar of events and select a painting and time that is convenient for you. Click the "Add the Cart" option and follow the on-screen directions to complete the order. Feel free to contact us directly if you have any difficulty.

What is your cancellation policy?

Pinot's Palette cancellation policy is as follows: A full refund can occur if notification of cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before class start. You can also have the option to put the reservation on hold for a later date or transfer the reservation to another class. The reservation can be put on hold or transferred to another class if notification is received at least 24 hours before class start. Loss of payment will occur if no notification of cancellation occurs or if notification occurs less than 24 hours prior to class start. This cancellation policy applies to parties of 2 or less. For cancellation of a party of 3 or more, a minimum of one week's notice is required for a refund or to reschedule. Project Pet - A full refund can occur if notification is given 14 business days before the day of the class. The reason for this is because we have to photoshop each pet & have them individually printed onto each canvas. Project Pet - a class credit can be given to use on the next project pet class if notification is given at least 48 hours in advance.

Can we bring food and drinks?

Yes. We are a BYOB and invite you to bring your favorite beverages and snacks

What time should we arrive?

Doors will open 30 minutes prior to your event, to provide you time to socialize with your friends and unwind prior to the beginning of the class which will begin promptly at its scheduled time.

Is there an age requirement?

Most of our evening BYOB classes require guests to be a minimum of 13 years old and guests 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult. We also have family friendly events as well as summer camps for kids.

Do you host children's birthday parties?

Yes. We host children's birthday parties for children ages 6 and up.
