Private Event Terms and ConditionsOur Collegeville studio is the premier painting studio in Montgomery County. It is the hottest, most beautiful, most spacious, most well-appointed, and most comfortable "paint and sip" studio in Southeastern PA.
Here's how to schedule a private event:
1. Select a DATE / TIME: (morning, afternoon or evening) of the week.
2. Provide a security deposit: $150 to secure you date/time requested (if available) by either calling the studio (610-285-9190) or registering the event online (https://www.pinotspalette.com/collegeville/private-parties).
3. Select your painting: Once the deposit has been secured we will send you the link to our painting library (https://www.pinotspalette.com/collegeville/painting-library) Select and notify us of your painting selection. We will update your party registration and if requested email you a web link to your private event that can be forwarded to others for sign up. Painting selection must be made at least two weeks prior to the event. If a painting selection has not been made within 14 days of a scheduled event then the host can either select a master image from our studio selection or pay a $25 expediting fee to have a new master image prepared for the event. Custom images can be made for a fee of $150.
MINIMUM / MAXIMUM # OF GUESTS:
All private parties require a 10-guest minimum. Parties with less must still pay for the 10-guest minimum. Our studio has 2 beautiful, spacious well-appointed rooms. The Private Party Room accommodates 32 guests. Our main room accommodates up to 70 guests.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT INFO:
Refundable security deposits of $150 can be taken over the phone (610-285-9190), in person at our studio, or online at https://www....vate-parties. The deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel your event 10 days prior to the scheduled event date. Deposit credits will be provided for all private party cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled event date. Deposit credits are valid for a period of six (6) months from the cancellation date and can be applied to either a future private party or public events.
ADULT (17+) PUBLIC EVENT PRICING:
Prices range from $32 to $50/guest depending on the material used, length of the class and the day of the week. Our generalized prices are noted below but may be subject to changes based on the time of year or for monthly scheduling requirements:
1. Wine glasses (pair): $32/guest
2. Wine bottles with LED lights: $42/guest
3. 16 x 20" canvas: 2-hr $37; 3-hr $47
4. 10 x 30" canvas: 2-hr $42; 3-hr $50
5. Wooden pallet: $47
PARTY EVENT PRICING:
1. Kid's 5-9: $30/guest for a 1 1/2 hr painting on a 8x10" canvas.
2. Kid's 10+: $35/guest for a 2 hr painting on a 16x20" canvas.
3. Adult (17+): Cost will be dependent on the material used and the painting duration.
USE OF CANDLES:
Only small cake candles can be used. Only adults are allowed to light candles. Absolutely no flammable materials are allowed adjacent to or immediately above the candles. Paper table cloths are permitted in the area where candles will be used. The host is to ensure their guests are made fully aware that they are not permitted to play with the lit candles or place any flammable materials near or into the lit candles. Clients will be held responsible for any damages/injuries caused by their or their guests negligence or failure to comply with this requirement.
PARTY ARRIVAL TIMES:
Party hosts are allowed to arrive up to 1 hr prior to their event to set up. Guests are welcome to arrive 15 minutes prior to the event start time.
Payments can be done individually in advance of the class by either going on-line to the class registration or by calling the studio (484-254-6810) to finalize payments. Hosts responsible for all guest payments can make final payment on the day of the event.
Music, a lively atmosphere, beautiful space, glassware, wine glasses, ice and ice buckets, plates, napkins, utensils, bottle openers, aprons, all art materials are provided by Pinot’s Palette, AND THE FINEST ARTISTS around to guide you through your painting step by step. We love our talented artists.
We are a BYOB. We encourage you to bring any food and beverages you’d like. We have plenty of beautiful granite counter space to spread out your items. Feel free to bring in your caterer and take advantage of the abundance of space to set up your goodies.
Fundraising events include all of the above and require a 20-guest minimum to receive a donation of $5/guest. Hosts may elect to raise the event costs to achieve a higher fundraising total. However, if the 20-guest minimum is not achieved than the only donation that will be provide by Pinot's Palette is the additional event mark up designated by the event host. You can choose to make your fundraiser either a private or public event. A Tax ID number must be provided to obtain any donations.
We will rent our studio out for $75 per 1/2 hr or $100 per full hour for additional time for private parties beyond the standard event times; or for off site meetings.
A 15% gratuity will be automatically added at the time of check out for any private / corporate parties with 20+ guests. It is also standard for smaller private or corporate parties to provide a gratuity of 10-20% as you would do in a restaurant.

2. Proprietary Rights
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Pinot’s Palette owns, solely and exclusively, all rights, title and interest in and to the Site, all the content (including, but not limited to, audio, photographs, illustrations, graphics, other visuals, video, copy, text, and software), code and date on the Site, including, but not limited to, any copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, database rights and other intellectual property and proprietary rights therein (collectively, the “Materials”). Your use of the Site does not grant to You ownership of the Materials that You may access on or through the Site.
3. Use License
- Modify the Materials or copy the Materials more than one (1) time;
- Use the Materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the Materials;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the Materials; or
- Transfer the Materials to any other person, or “mirror” the Materials on any other server.
4. Chargeback Policy
All references to a “chargeback” refer to a reversal of a credit or debit card charge placed on the Sites and/or at the Services initiated by You. There is no reason for a chargeback to ever be filed. If You feel that Your credit or debit card was used fraudulently on the Sites or at the Services, please contact Pinot’s Palette for immediate resolution.
YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT CHARGEBACK ANY AMOUNTS CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD ON THE SITES OR AT THE SERVICES. IF YOU CHARGEBACK A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD CHARGE FOR A PAYMENT INITIATED BY YOU OR ANY AUTHORIZED USER OF THE CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD, YOU AGREE THAT PINOT’S PALETTE MAY RECOVER THE AMOUNT OF THE CHARGEBACK IN ADDITION TO FEES BY ANY MEANS DEEMED NECESSARY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, RECHARGING YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD OR HAVING THE AMOUNT RECOVERED BY A COLLECTION AGENCY.
THE MATERIALS ON THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. PINOT’S PALETTE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER VIOLATION OF RIGHTS. FURTHER, PINOT’S PALETTE DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS CONCERNING THE ACCURACY, LIKELY RESULTS, OR RELIABILITY OF THE USE OF THE MATERIALS ON THE SITE OR ON ANY SITES LINKED TO THE SITE.
IN NO EVENT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL PINOT’S PALETTE BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR CHARACTER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, OR DUE TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR THE MATERIALS ON THE SITE, EVEN IF PINOT’S PALETTE HAS BEEN NOTIFIED ORALLY OR IN WRITING OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
8. Revisions and Errata
The Materials appearing on the Site may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Pinot’s Palette does not warrant that any of the Materials on the Site are accurate, complete, or current. Pinot’s Palette may make changes to the Materials contained on the Site at any time without notice. Pinot’s Palette does not, however, make any commitment to update the Materials.
Pinot’s Palette has not reviewed all of the websites linked to the Site and is not responsible for the content of any such linked websites. The inclusion of any link to a website does not imply endorsement by Pinot’s Palette of such website, and the use of any such linked web site is at Your own risk.
