How do I sign up for a class?

Signing up is easy. Scroll through the upcoming events and select a painting you like at a time that is convenient for you. Click "Add to Cart." Follow the on-screen directions to complete the order. Contact us if you have trouble completing your order and we will walk you through the process or do it for you over the phone.

I haven't painted since kindergarten. Will I be able to complete this painting?

Absolutely! We enlist very talented artists who guide you through a featured painting with a twist of a brushstroke onto a canvas step by step. Our artists practice and plan in advance to ensure everyone leaves with a smile on their face and a painting worthy of hanging in your home or office.

If my friends and I register separately for the same class, are you able to ensure we sit together?

Yes. When you are checking out, you have the option to specify who you would like to be seated with and we create a seating chart in advance according to requests. If someone is a late signup we are always happy to help coordinate last minute seating requests.

What is your cancellation policy?

Pinot's Palette cancellation policy is as follows: A full refund can occur if notification of cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before class start. You can also have the option to put the reservation on hold for a later date or transfer the reservation to another class. The reservation can be put on hold or transferred to another class if notification is received at least 24 hours before class start. Loss of payment will occur if no notification of cancellation occurs or if notification occurs less than 24 hours prior to class start. This cancellation policy applies to parties of 2 or less. For cancellation of a party of 3 or more, a minimum of one week's notice is required for a refund or to reschedule. Project Pet - A full refund can occur if notification is given 14 business days before the day of the class. The reason for this is because we have to photoshop each pet & have them individually printed onto each canvas. Project Pet - a class credit can be given to use on the next project pet class if notification is given at least 48 hours in advance.

What should I wear?

Where what you like. We supply you with an apron and if you do happen to have a mishap we have a pretty high success rate of getting out the paint.

If a class begins at 7, what time should I arrive?

6:30 is a good time. 30 minutes prior to class give you plenty of time to socialize, pour a beverage, set up any food items you choose to bring, and be ready to begin promptly at 7.

What is your age policy?

Most of our evening BYOB classes require guests to be a minimum of 13 years old and guests 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult. We also have family friendly events as well as summer camps for kids.
