Reservation Terms and ConditionsThank Your for booking your easel at Pinot's Palette Chesterfield! We cannot wait to paint with you! We want you to have the best time possible when coming here to Paint. Drink. Have Fun. with us! In order to provide you with the level of service that all of our customers come to expect, here are some reminders to make your day special!
Pinot's Palette offers a fun night out for adults, and our studio maintains an adult atmosphere during public classes where alcohol is consumed. Paint. Drink. Have Fun. is our MOTTO! For this reason, no children 12 or under will be admitted to public classes(with the exception of specifically labeled Family Days or Kids classes). If you would like a more family friendly environment or have kids 12 and under, we recommend scheduling a private party so you can control your level of fun!
Teens 13-17 may come to our regular classes when accompanied by a paid adult. 18+ are welcome to join our classes with no restriction, other than alcohol restrictions due to age. Missouri law maintains that a person must be 21 and up to consume alcohol.
No non paying or observers allowed during ALL CLASSES. No exceptions, to ensure that our guests who are painting are not disturbed by non painters.
Alcohol Policy: Per Missouri Law, Guests must be 21 or older to consume or purchase alcohol. This includes Private Parties.
BYOB: For our regular classes and private parties: You are welcome to bring beer and wine to enjoy. We provide glassware, openers, ice, and ice bucket for chilling beverages. We also have a bar that serves very reasonably priced beer and wine for purchase as well.
Family Days/Kids Days, and public classes where kids are welcome: Alcohol is no longer allowed when kids are present during Family Days and Kids Days. For private parties with kids in attendance, alcohol is permitted with permission of the host.
A reservation for groups of 1-3 painters may be cancelled and refunded in full if at least 48 hours notice is received before your scheduled class START time, for groups of three or less, whether paying separately or together. All Cancellation requests, including weather, with less than 24 hours notice require email notification to email@example.com prior to the start of class. Phone notifications, or having friends cancel for you at the studio are not honored, and the seat is forfeited.
A reservation may be transferred to another class, or placed on hold for future use, if at least 24 hours notice is received before your scheduled class START time, for groups of three or less, whether paying together or separately
For groups of 4 or more, signing up individually or as a group, one week's notice is required for full refunds and holds due to artists scheduling.
