Sunday, June 25
2:00 - 5:00PM
Paint a portrait of your pet at Project Pet. Once you sign up for the painting, email us a high quality digital photo of your pet (one pet per canvas, please) and we will do the rest. Each photo will be transferred onto a 16”X20” canvas. Our talented artists will walk you through the steps to create your very own Pet Portrait!
This is a special fundraiser event set up to help raise money for Companions Forever Rescue! There will be gifts, prizes, and maybe even some adoptable puppies thanks to our local friends!
Deadline to register for class and turn in the photo of your pet is June 18, 2017. Due to the personalized nature of the class, and the custom nature of your canvas, no refunds allowed after 6/18/17 including due to weather (unless we are closed). No KMOV deals, discounts, or complimentary class credits due to the personalized nature of the class.
A Great Photo Makes a Great Project Pet Painting! Here are some helpful tips for taking photos of your pet for this class:
* A great shot of the face and full body works best!
* Pets look best against a plain, contrasting color background. For example:
* A dark pet works best against a light colored background
* A light colored pet works best against a dark background
* Only one pet per painting
* Paintings with just the pet - nothing blocking the pet's face or body work best!
