Painters 10-12 may join the fun if accompanied by an adult(s). Everyone must have a paid reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reservations may be transferred to another painter or turned into a studio credit, but they are non-refundable.
Because we understand unexpected situations happen (illnesses, emergencies, bad weather, altered travel plans, and sitter issues, etc.), we have relaxed our policy as much as possible without further exception.
The purchaser must email all notices to cherryhill@pinotspalette.com.
48+ hrs notice (7 days notice for groups of 4 or more)
A studio credit to purchase a future In-Studio paint session or Paint Kit.
24+hrs notice (3 days notice for groups of 4 or more)
A studio credit to be used for an On-Demand Paint Kit only.
A pick-up date will be arranged within 3-10 days of your original reservation.
Less than 24 hrs notice
Transfer your seats or lose your payment.
The purchaser may request a transfer 2 hours before the paint time.
STUDIO CANCELLATIONS:
If the studio cancels for severe weather or any other reasons beyond our control, your reservation will automatically convert to a studio credit for a future In-Studio Paint Sessions or a Paint Kit. Valid for 90 days.
*Paint Kits have all the supplies needed to create your masterpiece in the comfort and safety of your home by following a step-by-step video.

What are your Covid Policies?
*MASKS are optional but strongly encouraged for everyone's safety. Temperature checks will be conducted upon entry and we will ask you to visit at a later time if you're symptomatic. *SOCIAL DISTANCING- You will be seated at a comfortable distance from other parties, and we will accommodate requests to be seated 6ft away from others outside of your group if submitted by email or in your seating request 48hrs prior. *Please contact us with questions/concerns.

Where are you located?
Our address is 921 Haddonfield Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ, Ste 2D. We are in the Towne Place at Garden State Park on the 2nd floor of building 921 above Road Runner. Cut & Paste for map: https://bit.ly/MAPandDIRECTIONS & FOLLOW DIRECTIONS- Enter the plaza by Brio off Haddonfield Rd. Go straight through the stop sign. Follow the road as it curves to the left and continue straight on Harness Lane (away from apts). Turn left in 2nd parking lot by bldg 921. Enter the lobby and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Welcome...we are on the right off the elevator!

What is the cancellation policy?
ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice your payment will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for a future class (private parties refer to agreement). Please email us at cherryhill@pinotspalette.com to cancel. If you no-show or don't give at least 48 hours’ notice, you forfeit your reservation payment. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.

Do I need to prepay or just walk in?
Please sign up in advance. To guarantee a seat, we ask everyone to preregister for the paint session you wish to attend. This also allows for our artists to prepare for your arrival!

Is there an age restriction? Can my child paint.
Refer to the description for your particular paint session. Ages 10 to 14 may paint with a paying adult Monday-Thursday. 18+ ONLY on Friday and Saturday nights. Saturday & Sunday afternoons are ideal for ages 10+ (10-12yo must be accompanied by an adult who also has a paid reservation). Family Days, Little Brushes Program and Private parties have a minimum age of 6 years old. Pinot's Palette is mainly an adult night out entertainment studio. Many of our painters are parents who are coming for "me time" or "adult time". Also, there may be adult conversations, alcohol consumption, and other activities that aren't appropriate for children.
