Frequently Asked Questions

Check out our FAQs to learn more about what to expect from your Pinot's Palette experience or feel free to call the studio to speak to a member of our staff.

  • What is paint and sip?

Paint and sip events combine social drinking with painting. Our paint and sip studio is BYOB. Everyone gets a canvas and follows an artist’s instructions to recreate the featured painting on their own canvas. Paint and sip is not a serious art course – it’s about socializing and having fun.

  • Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If you can't make it to the event please email us 24 hours before the start of your event and we will send you a credit that can be used at our Brick studio within 30 days. Please email our studio at brick@pinotspalette.com to reschedule . If you no-show for a class that you have a spot reserved, or don't give 24 hours’ notice, you forfeit your reservation payment. By completing the check-out process, you agree to this policy. *Private Parties require 2 weeks notice to cancel*

  • Is there an age requirement?

Public studio events are 18+. Children 13+ are permitted if accompanied by an adult (one adult per minor). For private parties and Little Brushes® events, there are no age restrictions but we recommend 5+.

  • Can we bring drinks?

Our studio is BYOB! All guests 21+ are welcome to enjoy their choice of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. We provide ice buckets and real glassware.

  • Can we bring food?

Absolutely. We recommend finger foods, just to make it easy.
