How It Works
How To Book
Request an event date by clicking on "Plan An Event" button on the main private events page. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your date and collect your deposit. Or you can call us at the studio at 813-618-3064. Your event date and time are not guaranteed until the deposit is paid.
Deposits are refunded on the day of your event in most cases if the minimum headcount was met. If the minimum headcount wasn't met, empty seats up to the minimum are deducted from the deposit. The remainder of the deposit will then be refunded, as applicable.
A host may also elect to apply the deposit, partially or in full, to other party charges or individual seats.
A private party may be cancelled with deposit refunded, or rescheduled with full deposit applied, with at least 10 business days' notice (Monday-Friday) before the originally scheduled event date.

Private Party Room
In-studio parties for 10-24 guests are held in our Gasparilla private party room. Parties with 21+ guests are welcome to use our main studio that can accommodate up to 36 guests. Our entire studio can accommodate 60 guests.
Canvases, brushes, paints, palettes, aprons and anything else needed to finish a masterpiece. We also have a designated area to keep purses and coats.
Our instructors are professional artists themselves, and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. Everyone gets step-by-step instructions at a comfortable pace.
Ice, Ice Buckets, Water
Our studio has a bar where you can purchase Wine, Beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. We often have fun drink specials for your sipping pleasure! Our liquor license does not allow outside beverages. Bottled water is available for all guests. You'll also have counter space for food or gifts.
We serve our wine in real wine glasses and our beer in cold beer glasses because drinking wine from a plastic cups is just not right.
We'll have a crowd-pleasing playlist ready for you. Or, you can tell us what sort of music you'd like for your event and we'll tailor a playlist to your needs. And don't worry – we make sure the music doesn't get in the way of hearing the artist's instructions.
Food And Drinks
You can bring in any food you like. Plates,napkins,and plasticware are available at no charge. Sweet and salty snacks are available for purchase. We have a nice list of wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase. Our liquor license prohibits outside alcohol. Unless you've worked out other arrangements with us, doors will open 30 minutes before painting starts. This gives guests time to arrive, settle in and socialize, and gives the host time to set up food or other items for the party.
You don't have to choose a painting in order to book an event, but we like to have your final painting choice at least two weeks prior to your party so our artist has time to prepare for your event date.
Our painting library is huge which gives you many options from which to choose but can be a little daunting to sort through to find the perfect one. You can narrow your search by using the filters at the top of the page.
