If you’ve never heard of our ‘Painting It Forward’ classes, they’re a paint and sip classes with an extra dose of heart and soul, where all or part of the proceeds goes to charity. Pinot’s Palette has hosted charitable paint nights since it first year in business. As the company has grown, giving back was built into the franchise roadmap. Now, our studios partner with local non-profits to host regular Painting It Forward events. Painting It Forward enables studio owners to establish themselves as an invested member of the community, and garners repeat business from attendees at the charity events and from the community at large.

Our studio loves to change the lives of others, is only showing them that they can be an artist for one night. We constantly have customers telling us that they can barely draw a stick figure and that they’re sure they won’t be able to do an entire painting with no experience... and then we see those same customers, leave the class with a smile on the faces and a stunning work of art on their hands. It’s a good feeling to help others and that’s why we have so many people come to us, asking about our fundraising opportunities. From helping our local neighbors with donations from our studio, to many of our studios throughout the US, banning together to aid in a national fundraiser, we try to use our platform to contribute to those that need it, anytime we can.
In the past, we’ve been honor to host events for various schools’ PTSA, School Spirit Nights, March of Dimes, Walk for Life, American Heart Assoc, and many additional, local non-profits.
From natural disaster relief to school fundraisers, we’ve done a lot and we’re not ready to stop helping out, so here’s a little more about our studio and what makes us a good selection for your next fundraising event!
If you’ve never been to one of our classes before, here’s what you can expect:
Come in with any level of prior painting experience (don’t worry, the majority of our customers haven’t painted since the 3rd grade!). We’ll provide all of the supplies you need, including the paint, brushes, and an apron to wear to help protect your clothes! One of our talented instructors will walk you through the painting for the class, step-by-step, encouraging you the whole way through! We have a large selection wine and beer for you to enjoy as you paint and spend time with friends in a fun and creative environment. Leave the class with a stunning, handmade masterpiece that you’ll be eager to get home and display for all to see!

When you host a fundraising event at our studio, your guests get to come in and create a work of art, while giving back to the community around them. With the proceeds of the class, going towards the nonprofit of their choice, the hosts of the event get to decide how they’d like to go about planning everything.
**The first step is to reach out to us for information about booking your event.
**Fundraisers can be booked on the following days, subject to availability- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights. We schedule our fundraising events 4-6 weeks out to give you the time to have best chance to sell out the event.
**Once your event is on our calendar with all the details filled in, we will send you a link to the event to make signing up quick and easy!
**Donation to your non-profit
For each event, we donate the following:
· Minimum 10 signed up 2 weeks prior to your date to keep your event on our calendar
· 20-25 seats= $7 per seat donation
· 26-30 seats= $8 per seat donation
· 31-35 seats= $9 per seat donation
· 36-40 seats= $10 per seat donation
((We'll send you a link to forward to your supporters so all the guests can sign up in advance. The price per person includes the painting, supplies and instruction.))
We will work with you to select a painting that is a best seller to help encourage the most seats sold, but you can pick up to 5 top choices from our painting library and we’ll help you select the one that has historically done the best to get the most sign ups for your organization.

$35 for a 2 hour painting for our regular size canvas.
**Bar & Food
We are bar studio and cannot allow BYOB. Our bar menu offers a variety of wine, beer and soft drinks. You are welcome to bring in any food/snacks that you’d like.
**Raising Additional Money
We encourage you to solicit donations from other businesses to have a raffle at your event and to advertise some of the items that will be available for the raffle as you’re promoting your event. Pinot’s Palette Brandon will be happy to donate an item for your raffle with a minimum of 25 seats sold.
