What is your cancellation policy?
A full class refund can occur if notification of the cancellation is received at least 48 hours before class start. You also have the option to either put the reservation on hold for a later date or transfer the reservation to another class. The reservation can be put on hold or transferred to another class if notification is received at least 24 hours before class start. Loss of payment will occur if no notification or cancellation occurs or if notification occurs less than 24 hours prior to class start. Project Pet/Special Class refund or reschedule policy: Due to the extra preparation involved in Project Pet/Special Classes, a minimum of 14 days' notice of cancellation will be required for a full refund or reschedule. Deposits placed fewer than 14 days before the class date will not be eligible for refund or reschedule. Private Party Refund Policy: A minimum of 10 days' notice of cancellation must be received for a full refund or reschedule to occur. Deposits made fewer than 10 days before the desired party date will not be eligible for refund or reschedule.
Is there an age limit for attending classes?
We invite guests 13 and older to most of our classes with the exception of Date Night events when 16 years old is the minimum age.
Can I bring my own wine, beer, alcohol, or other beverage to class?
Neither BYOB, nor personal beverages are permitted. We offer both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for purchase. We offer complimentary bottled water.
When does the next calendar post?
The Event Calendar will be updated regularly showing at least four weeks of class offerings.
What is the cost of a class?
Generally two hour classes are $35 per painter and three hour classes are $45 per painter. Prices for specialty classes and Little Brushes events may vary.
Is there reserved seating?
Yes, we will have your easel set up for you at your spot before you arrive for class. If you have friends attending with whom you would like to sit, you can let us know when you book the class. Please give a 24 hour notice so that we can arrange the seating chart.
When do I need to arrive for class?
We recommend you arrive 30 minutes prior to class to allow time to settle in and mingle with your friends.
How do I sign up for a class?
Signing up is easy! Click on the "Event Calendar" link at the top of the page to view the offered painting classes. Select the painting you wish to paint. Select the number of painters and click on "Register." Follow on-screen directions to complete your order. Contact us if you have any trouble completing your order and we will walk you through the process.
Do you cancel classes for low registration?
Yes, classes with fewer than four guests registered may be canceled. In that event, if you have already paid, every attempt will be made to contact you via the contact information you provided and a full refund will be made.
What is included in the price of the class?
Included in the price of the class are all the materials you need to paint your masterpiece and the instruction provided by our professional, local artist. Beverages are not included in the price.
