Frequently Asked Questions

I am no artist, will I still be able to complete a painting and have fun at the same time?

Absolutely! Our artist will guide you step-by-step through the featured painting and will ensure that you stay on track to completing your masterpiece by the end of class. Our guests often are amazed by their own painting at the end of the class. Keep in mind, there is no 'correct' painting so you can't be wrong.

How do I sign up for a class?

Signing up is easy. Scroll up to the top of current page and click on 'Event Calendar'. Select your class by finding a date that works for you with a painting you would like to paint and click on the photo, enter the number of seats you are purchasing and click "Add to Cart." Follow the on-screen directions to complete the order. You can also call the studio and we will be happy to make your reservation for you over the phone. If you happen to be in the neighborhood, you can stop by and make a reservation in person.

How far in advance can I reserve a seat for a public class?

We post the next month's public classes calendar around the 10th of the current month, so you have plenty of time to view the pictures and decide when and what to paint.

Is there assigned seating?

Yes, we have your easel and brushes set up for you at your spot before you arrive for class. If you and your friends want to be seated together you can let us know when you book the class or you can send us an email (just make sure to give us at least 24 hours notice).

What do I need to do to get ready for my class?

Do whatever you usually do to prepare for a FUN NIGHT OUT! A few tips: - no dress code but be aware that acrylic paint stains permanently. We will provide you with an apron but accidents happen. - You don't need to bring anything but a smile. We provide the canvas, easel, brushes, paints, and apron for the class. We also offer drinks and food for purchase. - We recommend you arrive approximately 30 minutes before class to get settled in, order your food or drinks and socialize with your friends before the class begins.

What is the cancellation policy?

A full refund will be given if you cancel at least 48 hours before the class starts. You also have the option to put the reservation on hold for a later date. The reservation can be put on hold to be used for another class if the cancellation is received at least 24 hours before the class starts. Loss of payment will occur for "no shows" or a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.

Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?

Can I bring my own wine?

Unfortunately, our permitting does not allow you to bring your own alcohol (BYOB). We carry a wide variety of wines and beer for your enjoyment.

Are there drinks and food available for purchase during my class?

Yes you can order drinks and food from the bar before, during and after class.

Does what I pay for a class include food or drinks?

Occasionally we have special events that feature classes with complimentary drinks or food, but regular public classes usually don't.
