Refund and Cancellation Policy:
(Based on class start time)

Due to the custom nature of ALL of our classes, NO REFUNDS will be issued for reservations! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice your payment will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for a future class. Please email us (alameda@pinotspalette.com) to cancel.

If you no-show for a class that you have a spot reserved, or don't give at least 48 hours’ notice, you forfeit your reservation payment. Seats are transferrable, but you need to notify us at least 3 hours prior to a class with the name change.

CLASS MINIMUM: If a public class does not meet the minimum of 10 painters, you may be notified and we will fully refund or reschedule your class.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: Arrivals more than 15 minutes after painting session has started are welcome to paint, but will need to catch up on their own.

By purchasing your seats you confirm agreement with this policy.

  • How do I pick up my WINE and ART KITS for VIRTUAL CLASSES?

    WINE PICK UP IN STUDIO ONLY***Tuesdays and Fridays 12 to 2pm. Wine cannot be included with Monkey Thai Art Kit pick up. Sorry. ****ART KIT PICK UP****We will prepare your kit the next Tuesday or Friday following your order. You will receive an email notification once your art kit is ready at Monkey Thai, located 2 doors down from Pinot's Palette. Check out their awesome menu and pick up an order to-go while you are there! HOURS: Open 7 days a week 11:30am to 9pm

  • What is the guest cancellation policy for VIRTUAL CLASSES?

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON VIRTUAL CLASSES - We do not offer discounts, credits, or refunds on these classes.

  • How do LIVE VIRTUAL CLASSES work?

    Our new virtual classes are live and interactive. Depending on the class, you will either provide your own supplies or we will have painting kits available for pick up if supplies are included. You will receive an email at least 2 hours prior with your link. This link will also allow you to view the recorded class up to 4 days after it has completed. Please allow 5 to 6 hours for upload.

  • How do TAKE HOME ART KITS WITH TUTORIAL work?

    Our Take Home Kit tutorial classes allow you to view your pre-recorded class through the end of the calendar month. You will be notified via email once your kit is ready.

  • What is the guest cancellation policy for in STUDIO CLASSES

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. - Due to the custom nature of ALL of our IN STUDIO classes, NO REFUNDS will be issued for reservations! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice (2 business days’ notice is required for cancellation of private event reservations) your payment will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for a future class within 30 days. Please email us (alameda@pinotspalette.com) to cancel. If you no-show for a class that you have a spot reserved, or don't give at least 48 hours’ notice (2 business days’ notice for private events), you forfeit your reservation payment. By completing the check-out process you agree to this policy. Seats are transferrable, but you need to notify us at least 3 hours prior to a class with the name change.
