Yes, painters MUST be 13 to 17 with an adult or 18 and up for regular public classes. No exceptions! We do have kid specific classes that welcome ages 6 and up. They are designated as Little Brushes, Family or All Ages classes.

I don’t have any artistic talent. Will I be able to complete the painting? (I can’t draw a stick figure!)

Absolutely! Our artist will guide you step-by-step through the featured painting and will ensure that you stay on track to completing your masterpiece by the end of class. There are no mistakes, but Acrylic paint dries quickly, making mistakes easy to fix and perfect.

No dress code here...dress casually or dress up. We will provide you with an apron, but painters have been known to get involved in their work of art.

What is the cancellation policy?

Due to the custom nature of our classes, ALL reservation sales are FINAL. However, if you need to change your class reservation with more than 48 hours’ notice to your class, we can give you a class credit back to our studio to use at any time or at any of our three Tulsa area locations. If you need to change your painting reservation with less that 48 hours but more than 24 hours’ notice, you will be allowed to transfer to another class that we have posted on our calendar. If it is less than 24 hours’ notice, for any reason, you can send someone else, or forfeit your reservation payment and will not receive a class credit. If the class has occurred and you did not properly notify us 48 hours before the class was held, you will not receive a credit or a transfer. Please email Riverwalk@pinotspalette.com with any questions. For all PRIVATE PARTY deposits, there is a 2-week prior notice required to cancel. If it's less than that, you can move the party with at least a weeks' notice to a different date. Every party gets one date change, if a second date change is required, deposit will be forfeited. For our PROJECT PET events, once a photo is submitted, there will be no refunds as the canvases are individually custom made. If you cannot make it to the Project Pet event, you can still pick up your canvas.

We recommend you arrive 15-30 minutes before class starts to allow time for you to get settled in and mingle with friends before the painting starts.

However, we understand that acts of nature are out of everyone’s control and if any painters are traveling or feel unsafe driving in, we are happy to accommodate those customers by issuing a class credit. We do not want anyone’s safety to be jeopardized attempting attend a class. In the rare event that we cancel a class, we will notify painters 2 hours prior to the classes scheduled start time via email, phone call, or both that is on the reservations.
