This policy was created to best serve all of our customers:
This refund and reschedule policy applies to parties of 2 or less. Parties of 3 or more require
a minimum of one week's notice to receive a refund or reschedule.
Reschedule or Transfer
Reservations can also be put on hold for a later date or transfered to another class if notification is
received 24 hours prior to the class start time.
Refunds:
A full refund on reservations can occur if notification is received 48 hours prior to the class start time.
Loss of Payment
If no notification of cancellation occurs or if notification occurs less than 24 hours prior to class start time.
