Franchise Business Review announced the receipts of its 2013 Franchise Satisfaction Awards, part of a national project that looks at franchisee satisfaction at some of the country’s most popular franchise brands. FBR is the only awards program to rank companies based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction. FBR completed an independent satisfaction review of the Pinot’s Palette franchise system in January 2013. All Pinot’s Palette franchisees (with open studios) were contacted and asked to participate in a 33 question survey benchmarking their satisfaction with the business. 100% elected to participate in the survey.
The Franchise Business Review surveyed more than 26,000 franchisees representing over 350 franchise brands based on their level of satisfaction, experience, market area, business lifestyle, and other demographic characteristics. The list of the 2013 “FBR50” received the highest ratings by their franchise owners. See Results Below.
