Frequently Asked Questions

Bad Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather, IF we cancel the class, we offer 3 options for all guests registered: 1. We can either transfer the reservation to a different class. 2. Put the seats ‘On-Hold’ and a class credit code is emailed that can be used on any future class. 3. We can refund the reservation amount in full. If there is questionable weather, but we have made the decision to keep the class scheduled, if a guest would like to cancel, we can offer to transfer the reservation to another class or put the seat ‘On-Hold’ for 30 days – you’d have 30 days to use the class credit code that we will process. **Customer MUST communicate with management within 48-hours of the actual class date in order for us to process your request.

What is the cancellation policy?

While we regret to lose the opportunity to paint with you, our Pinot's Palette cancellation policy is as follows: A full refund can occur if notification of cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before class start time. You can also have the option to put the reservation on hold for a later date or transfer the reservation to another class. The reservation can be put on hold or transferred to another class if notification is received at least 24 hours before class start time. Loss of payment will occur if no notification of cancellation occurs or if notification occurs less than 24 hours prior to class start time. This cancellation policy applies to parties of 2 or less. For cancellation of a party of 3 or more, a minimum of one week's notice is required for a refund or to reschedule. Project Pet - A full refund can occur if notification is given 14 business days before the day of the class. The reason for this is because we photoshop each pet & have them individually custom printed onto each canvas. Project Pet - a class credit can be given to use on the next project pet class if notification is given at least 48 hours in advance.

Are face masks required?

As we start transitioning back to normalcy, face masks are appreciated and encouraged, but no longer required during our painting events.

Where are you located and where do I park?

Please allow extra time for parking in Bricktown. We recommend arriving 30-40 minutes before the class starts. We are located on the Bricktown canal (canal level) just west of the Bricktown Ballpark. We are in-between Mickey Mantle Drive and Oklahoma Ave, in the Miller Jackson building, and next door to Put A Cork In It Winery. We do not have our own parking lot, but there are many lots and street parking between Sheridan, Mickey Mantle Dr. & Oklahoma Ave. where you can pay to park.

How do I sign up for a class?

Signing up is easy. Click the "Event Calendar" link on the top of the page to view our calendar of paintings. Select which painting you would like to paint and click "Add Painting to Cart." Follow the on-screen directions to complete the order. Contact us M-F 10am-4pm if you have trouble completing your order and we will walk you through the process.

What do I need to bring to the class?

We provide all your art supplies- canvas, easel, brushes, paints, and apron for the class. We also have a wine and beer bar where you can purchase your beverages. All you need to bring are any snacks or appetizers you might want during the class. We also provide the plates, napkins, and plastic utensils.

We recommend you arrive 30 minutes before class starts to allow time for you to get settled in and mingle before the painting starts. Please keep in mind that parking in Bricktown on prime nights can sometimes be tricky, so please plan accordingly.

Is there reserved seating?

Yes, we have your easel set up for you at your spot before you arrive for class. If you have friends attending the class that you’d like to sit by, you can let us know when you book the class or you can send us an email (please make sure to give us at least 24 hours’ notice.) For front row/priority seating requests, join our Pinot Perks rewards program to qualify for priority seating.

I don’t have any artistic talent? Will I be able to complete the painting?

Absolutely! Our artist will guide you step-by-step through the featured painting and will ensure that you stay on track to completing your masterpiece by the end of class. We use acrylic paint which dries quickly, making mistakes easy to fix.

When does the next calendar get posted?

We keep at least 2 months of events published at a time. The newest calendar will always be released by the 15th of every month.

What should I wear to the class?

No dress code here...dress casual or dress up. We will provide you with an apron but painters have been known to get involved in their work of art. If you get paint on your clothing, as long as the paint is still wet, we have a pretty high success rate of getting the paint out. However, if the paint dries on your clothing you will have a Pinot's Palette memory forever.
